After the race, the Sr. Veterinary Officer reported the following: ELOQUENT was trotted and found to be sound. SILVER STRIKE was trotted and found to be sound but was observed to have an injury on its left hind fetlock.

DEDICATION (Antony Raj S., dr.7) refused to be stalled despite substantial efforts. After being stalled, SEMURG (App. A. Omkar dr.2) was fractious. As such, Trainer Himmat Singh has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. NEBULA (T. S. Joda) was observed to be hanging in the straight, despite the rider’s efforts. As such, Trainer Behram Cama has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. After the race, Jockey A. Sandesh (COFFEE AT ELEVEN) reported that his mount was shying away from the other runners in the final stages of the race. As such, Trainer Aman Altaf Hussain has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. After the race, the Sr. Veterinary Officer reported the following: EMPEROR RODERIC was observed not be galloping fluently. After the race the gelding was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. was found to be sore by right fore, was observed to have an injury on its right hind tendon. As such, the gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race. PURE SOUL was trotted and found to be sound but was observed to have an injury on its left hamstring. COFFEE AT ELEVEN was trotted at the stables and was found to be sound.

On a request from Trainer Shazaan Shah, WHISPERING ANGEL was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. at 12:00 noon on 9th October 2026 at the stables and was found to be sore by left fore. As such, the filly was certified unfit to race, permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds and has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race. After being stalled, UMEED (App. Ankush, dr.5) was fractious, kicked the adjacent stall and got its fore stuck in the front gates. Subsequently, the gelding was un-stalled and on veterinary examination was found to have a cut injury on its left fore fetlock and a bleeding injury in its mouth. As such, the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under the Starter’s order and sent to the Equine Hospital for further treatment. As such, Trainer Faisal A. Abbas has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. Due to the above incident, LUCKY DIAMOND (P. Trevor, dr.2) got fractious and reared up in the stall. As such, the gelding was un-stalled and examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and certified fit to race. Further, POWEROFATTITUDE (A. Sandesh, dr.4) stalled in the adjacent stall was also taken out and examined by the Club’s Sr. V. O. and certified fit to race. At the start, BAILEE (Antony Raj S., dr.11) jumped out awkwardly and brushed the haunches of ABSOLUTE EMPEROR (P. S. Kaviraj, dr.10) At the start, LUCKY DIAMOND (P. Trevor, dr.2) jumped out and carried POWEROFATTITUDE (A. Sandesh, dr.4) outwards who further shifted out and brushed the haunches of SABALENKA (Akshay Kumar, dr.6). Soon after the start, ABSOLUTE EMPEROR (P. S. Kaviraj) shifted in under urgings and went across CROWN FLAME (Akshay Gaikwad) and further shifted in thereby bumping CAFE NOIRE (Neeraj Rawal) causing the latter to be checked. Thereafter passing the 800 metres ABSOLUTE EMPEROR further shifted in and went across SABALENKA (Akshay Kumar) and LUCKY DIAMOND (P. Trevor) causing both the horses to be checked. After questioning and not being satisfied, Jockey P. S. Kaviraj has been fined Rs. 5,000/- for careless riding. Soon after the start, BAILEE (Antony Raj. S) shifted in and went onto PHILATELIST (C. Umesh), causing the latter to be steadied. Jockey Antony Raj S. has been cautioned. After the race, the Sr. Veterinary Officer reported the following: UMEED was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was found to be sore by left fore. As such, the gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race. CAFE NOIRE was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was found to be sore by right fore. As such, the filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race. LUCKY DIAMOND was trotted and found to be sound. The Equine Hospital reported the following: BAILLEE sustained a right eye injury (sore).

At the start, AEON FLUX (App. Ankush, dr.4) shifted out and went across MENORCA (Antony Raj S., dr.5), who was marginally slow to begin. An objection was lodged by Trainer Aman Altaf Hussain , Trainer of YINSIRUK (drawn 9) , placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of DREAMS COME TRUE (drawn 8), placed 1st by the Judge. The reason being, “at the start, Jockey A. Sandesh (DREAMS COME TRUE) bumped my horse badly after which my horse almost clipped and was thrown out of the race carrying a top weight of 61 kgs. after which my horse came back on him being the fastest finishing horse in the race the top weight and had bumped at the start cost him a certain race.” An objection was lodged by Jockey P. Trevor, rider of YINSIRUK (drawn 9) , placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of DREAMS COME TRUE (drawn 8), placed 1st by the Judge. The reason being, “at the start, Jockey A. Sandesh (DREAMS COME TRUE) came out and bumped me badly , nearly clipped due to which I had to break his stride completely due to which I could not take my position as my horse was carrying 61kg’s , despite being bumped at the start and nearly falling ,my horse came back and lost a certain race”. After considering the submissions made by Trainer Aman Altaf Hussain, Jockeys P. Trevor and A. Sandesh, having viewed the start of the race from multiple angles in conjunction with the Stipendiary Stewards and acting on their own observation, the Stewards noted that the incident was accidental, decided to uphold the objection by casting vote and revised the order of placing as under:- YINSIRUK - FIRST, DREAMS COME TRUE - SECOND, HEAVEN’S RHYTHM - THIRD, MENORCA - FOURTH AEON FLUX - FIFTH After the race, the Veterinary Officer reported the following: SAMSON was trotted at the stables and found to be sound.

After being stalled, FOXY (App. Aditya Waydande dr.6) was fractious, reared up and got her left fore stuck in the front gates, considering the impact the filly was un-stalled, examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was found to have a bleeding injury in her mouth. As such the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds, before coming under the Starter’s order and Trainer Behram Cama has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. At the start, DARCY (App. S. Siddharth, dr.2) jumped outwards at the same time LIBAN (K. Nazil, dr.4) jumped inwards thereby bumping CELLINI (App. A. Omkar, dr.3) drawn between them. Passing the 500 metres, CELLINI (App. A. Omkar) shifted in thereby tightening LIBAN (K. Nazil) racing along the rails causing the latter to be checked. After questioning and not being satisfied, App. A Omkar has been fined Rs.3,000/- After the race, the Veterinary Officer reported the following: LIBAN was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was found to be sore by left fore. As such, the horse has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.

After the race, the Veterinary Officer reported the following: WINFIELD was trotted and found to be sound.
