ARC OF LIFE (Suraj Narredu) jumped awkwardly outwards at the Start. Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of LAUTERBRUNNEN was reprimanded for shifting ‘in’ and inconveniencing IN PROPOSITO (V.R.Jagdeesh) on his inside passing the 1100 Metres. Jockey Siddaraju P, the rider of INTERCEPTOR was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to KRISHVI (Jitendra Singh), whereby KRISHVI (Jitendra Singh) stumbled passing the 1100 Metres. Jockey Laxman Singh, the rider of CHOTIPARI was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and tightening STAR COMET (S Sachin) on his inside approaching 1000 Metres. Jockey S Sachin, the rider of STAR COMET reported that he accidentally dropped his whip approaching 200 Metres. It was reported after the race that BOMBER JET (Vivek) had apparently lost its right fore shoe during the race. INTERCEPTOR (Siddaraju.P) sustained injury on right hind inside hock. It was observed that STAR OF LIGHT (S.Antony Raj) suddenly veered out at the start, despite the best efforts of the rider, as a result SAPIENT (Abhishek Mhatre) shied outwards and bumped the horses on its outside viz; MIGHTY HERO (S Sachin), NATURAL WARRIOR (Rajesh K),NATURAL SPEED (R Rakesh) and ECO SYSTEM [Shyam Kumar (Jr)] at the Start. As the incident was accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident. Jockey [Shyam Kumar (Jr)], the rider of ECO SYSTEM was reprimanded for travelling wide from 900 Metres to 700 Metres for no apparent reason. Jockey B Dharshan Anthony, the rider of HOLY VALOR reported that he accidentally dropped his whip approaching 250 Metres. It was observed that NATURAL WARRIOR (Rajesh K) did not get a clear run between 250 Metres to 200 Metres due to closely packed field. SPEAK THE BREED (Vinod Shinde) was endoscoped after the Race, which revealed that it suffered from Grade III EIPH and hence the mare is considered to be a Bleeder. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey R Rakesh, the rider of NATURAL SPEED was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). SAPIENT (Abhishek Mhatre) sustained injury on left hind outer bulb of heel. ECO SYSTEM [Shyam Kumar (Jr)] sustained bruise on right hind back of fetlock.
