Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Praveen Jesu to withdraw his charge SLING SHOT on veterinary grounds as it reared up near the Swimming pool and fell down and sustained a head injury resulting in concussion. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for his negligence in discharge of his duties as a trainer wherein he failed to produce a ValidGlanders Certificate pertaining to his charge WANGANUI (S.Antony Raj)after having declared it to run in the above Race. Under these circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race. DELSTAR (Shah Alam) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Zulquarnain H was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

As Jockey Md.Ashraf Reza was failed to arrive to fulfil his riding engagements due to reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Aravind. G to substitute Jockey Anish AnamoHangal to ride IDI MINNAL, in place of the declared rider. MACRON (S.Mubarak) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Zulquarnain H was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day. It was observed that SAINT EMILION (R.Shiva Kumar) stumbled passing the 500 Metres. Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of SAINT EMILION reported that his mount stopped galloping in the final 200 Metres. It was observed that MARK ONE (Mohd.Talib) lugging out under pressure in the final 100 Metres. MARK ONE (Mohd.Talib) sustained injury on inside right hock.

Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of KINGS WALK was fined Rs.2,000/- for not drawing the declared weight on the scales. Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bobby.M to withdrawKINGS WALK from the above race as there was no suitable rider available. SHERPA (Anil Baandal) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced RAISE A BUCK (R.Shiva Kumar) soon after the start. Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of CONSTANT VARIABLE was reprimanded for shifting ‘in’ and inconveniencingTHE FLYING FEET (RafiqueSK) on his inside approaching 1100 Metres. It was observed that Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of CONSTANT VARIABLE had to ride his mount in checkbetween the 1000 Metres to 800 Metres. Jockey Rafique S.K, the rider of THE FLYING FEET was reprimanded for travelling wide between 700 Metres to 500 Metres for no apparent reason. Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of VALIANT STREAM was fined Rs.3,000/- for not maintaining a straight course thereby inconveniencing NEVER GIVE IN (S. Antony Raj) on his outside in the final 150 Metres. Jockey R. Shiva Kumar, the rider of RAISE A BUCK was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post. An objection was lodged by Jockey S. Antony Raj, the rider of NEVER GIVE IN placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of VALIANT STREAM placed 1st by the Judge, in the above Race for, "In the last 150 Metres, the winner shifted out and took my ground & made no effort to correct his mount which cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned. After viewing the CCTV replay of the above Race and after due deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection. ABSOLUTECHALLENGER (Prabhu KumarM) sustained bruise on right chest wall behind the girth. Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch m ANDORRA.

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Narredu to withdrawBORN TO RISE (YashNarredu)on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained lacerated injury on mandible and forehead. Hewas informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey A.AshhadAsbar, the rider of SPREZZATURA was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to CALIX (Akshay Kumar) on his inside approaching 1100 Metres. Jockey A.AshhadAsbar, the rider of SPREZZATURA was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post. Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g STORM MAJESTY.

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. G Sandhu to withdrawKABALI (Mohd.Talib)on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained facial injury and bleeding from nostrils inside the Float while travelling from Bangaluru to Mysore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for his negligence in discharge of his duties as a trainer wherein he failed to produce a ValidGlanders Certificate pertaining to his chargeLA MCQUEEN (Aleemuddin) after having declared it to run in the above Race. Under these circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race. BLACK RAINSTORM (Faizan Khan) reared up while parading in the paddock, dislodged the rider and injured him. On immediate examination by the Club’s veterinary Officer and it was found to be lame on left hind. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawnon veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s Order. Trainer Mr. Praveen Jesu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Jitendra Singh, the rider of STAG'S LEAPwas reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post. Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b h JERSEY KING.

NIGHT RAIDER (Aleemuddin) was extremely fractious inside the gates. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Order. MYSTIC CHARM (K Sai Kiran) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced the horses viz; RED FALCON (Mohd.Talib) and BORN DANCER (N Ramesh Kumar) on its inside soon after the start. It was observed that PETTE'S MAGIC (Prabhu Kumar M) clipped the front runnerISABELLE (Anish AnamoHangal) approaching 400 Metres, thereby dislodging its rider and ran riderless thereafter. As the incident was accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident. It was observed that ISABELLE (Anish AnamoHangal) jumped over the prostrated horsePETTE'S MAGIC approaching 400 Metres. Jockey Rajesh K, the rider of NATURAL GOLD was fined Rs.1,000/- for travelling wide from 1000 Metres till about 500 Metres for no apparent reason. Jockey Shah Alam, the rider of TAQDEER was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post. RED FALCON (Mohd.Talib) sustained bruises on both hind back of pastern and right fore outer cannon.
