In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Yogesh R was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on a Race Day on the Race. Jockey Inayat, the rider of O MANCHALI was reprimanded for shifting ‘in’ and inconveniencing MARZGOVEL (K Sai Kiran), which in turn passed it onto EMPIRE OF DREAMS (Sah Farid Ansari), on his inside, passing the 1300 Metres. AUTHENTIC BELL (S.Imran) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Ganesh J was informed informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. Jockey S Imran, the rider of OCEAN OF GRACE was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to the horses on his inside viz; DAVIDS DELIGHT (M S Deora) and KING CARLOS (Ankit Pal) passing the 1100 Metres. Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of DAKSHA was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing STARLIGHT WHISPER (Pavan) on his outside approaching the 1000 Metres. Jockey A Ashhad Asbar, the rider of MIRACLE HONEY reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. Ashwin S Rao was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. Jockey A Ashhad Asbar, the rider of MIRACLE HONEY was reprimanded for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason. KALLIPOS (Jitendra Singh) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Yogesh R was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards as to the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge KALLANIA (A.R. Pradeep) in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 50 of the Mysore Summer Races 2026, i.e., The Evita Plate – Div.I (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 00 to 25 run on Wednesday, 8th July, 2026, when ridden by the same rider, it ran unplaced. Not being satisfied with the explanations tendered by Trainer Mr. Yogesh R, the Stipendiary Stewards decided as follows; a) To fine Trainer Mr. Yogesh J a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for inconsistent pattern of running of his charge KALLANIA (A.R. Pradeep) in the above race as compared to its previous run during the Mysore Summer Races 2026; b) To caution him to be more consistent while imparting riding instructions to his riders and also to be more judicious as to the running of his charges in future. Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b m KALLANIA.

GOLDEN BIRD (M S Deora) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Helleal Moses R was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. SAPIENT (Vinod Shinde) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. J S Pillay was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey A.Ashhad Asbar, the rider of HABIBTI was reprimanded for shifting ‘in’ and inconveniencing CLOUD JUMPER (S Imran) on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres. EXCELLENT STAR (Vivek) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Krishna P was informed informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. Trainer Mr. Ramanathan R and Jockey Abhishek Mhatre were questioned by the Stewards after the last Race of the day, with particular reference to Jockey Abhishek Mhatre’s riding on his mount on BOLD SHOW, in the final 300 Metres of the above race. The Stewards, after repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the above Race and after considering the submissions made by both the Rider and the Trainer, decided as follows; a) To fine Jockey Abhishek Mhatre a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for the undesirable practice of not riding out his mount BOLD SHOW in the final 300 Metres of the above race; b) To caution Jockey Abhishek Mhatre that a repetition of a similar manner of riding would entail him being dealt with appropriately by them; c) To note the explanations tendered by Trainer Mr. Ramanathan R. It was reported after the race that CLOUD JUMPER (S Imran) apparently lost its right hind shoe during the race. TIME FOR VICTORY (M.Rajesh Kumar) sustained bruises on both hind back of fetlock.

AMAZING ARISE (Shamaz Shareef) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Mansoor Khan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey K. Sai Kiran, the rider of ROYAL FALCON was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of THEOS was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). Jockey Sah Farid Ansari, the rider of STAR OF LIGHT was fined Rs.5,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement). The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of SAIGON to the Stewards vide Charge Sheet No. 400, dated 29th July 2026, with regard to the excessive use of whip (3rd infringement) on his mount SAIGON, in the above race, thereby Contravening the My.R.C Calendar Notification under the heading “USE OF WHIP”. His first offence was on TIGER KING in Race No. 27 and his second offence was on CONFIDENT GAME in Race No. 38 of the Mysore Summer Races 2026. After due enquiry the Stewards decided as follows:- (a) To suspend the Jockey’s Licence granted to Mr. Vinod Shinde for the first two (2) race days of Mysore Monsoon Races 2026 for contravening the Mysore Race Club Calendar Notification under the heading “USE OF WHIP” on his mount SAIGON (Permitted to ride work). (b) He was informed of his Right to Appeal. It was reported after the race that SHEER ELEGANCE (Abhishek Mhatre) had apparently splayed its right hind shoe during the race and was found to have sustained small injury on left hind inside cannon. ALPHA DOMINO (Jitendra Singh) sustained small linear injury inside left fore cannon.

Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar P was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/- for his negligence in discharge of his duties as a trainer wherein he failed to produce a valid glanders certificate for his charge PROKOFIEV (S Antony Raj) after having declared to Start in the above Race. Subsequently, permission was granted to him to withdraw PROKOFIEV from the above race. ECHOES OF TIME (P Trevor) slightly stumbled soon after the start. Jockey P Trevor, the rider of ECHOES OF TIME reported that his mount was making a roaring noise from the 700 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On Endoscopy after the Race, it was found to have Grade – II paralysis on left arytenoid cartilage. Trainer Mr. Aravind G was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g EFFICACY.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to withdraw SMILES OF FORTUNE on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from laminitis. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge COEUR DE LION in the above race (First Infringement). It was observed that Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of MIND GAMES had to ride his mount in check between the 1100 Metres and the 900 Metres due to closely packed field. Jockey Mohd Talib, the rider of GOLD KITE was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and tightening CONSTANT VARIABLE (C Umesh) on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres. Jockey S. Imran, the rider of SINGER SARGENT was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race. VANDHIYATHEVAN (Jitendra Singh) sustained small injury on right hind pastern. Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m GOLD KITE.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Mansoor Khan to withdraw SAPPHIRE (Ankit Pal) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left fore due to tendon inflammation. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. J Sebastian to withdraw DIAMOND AND PEARLS (Inayat) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have injury on left hind with infected cellulitis. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate by the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. TAQDEER [Mukesh Kumar (BTC)] jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced METZINGER (Vivek) soon after the start. Jockey [Mukesh Kumar (BTC)], the rider of TAQDEER was reprimanded for taking an unduly long lead during the race. It was observed that the saddle on DOCTOR DOLLY (C Umesh) had shifted back after entering the straight. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling of his charge [First offence during the season]. Jockey Jitendra Singh, the rider of SILVER QUEST reported that his mount was hanging out in the final 250 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have old ulcers on left oral commissure. Trainer Mr. Mandanna K S was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again. Jockey Anil Baandaal, the rider of AR SPRINT QUEEN was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to METZINGER (Vivek) on his inside in the last 150 Metres of the Race. ROYAL BARON (Deepak Kumar) sustained small injury on right hind back of pastern. CLOUDY HILLS (Arvind Kumar N) sustained multiple cuts inside both hock joints.
