Jockey N Arvind Kumar, the rider of JUST BLUES was fined Rs.3,000/- for not drawing the declared weight at the scales. Subsequently as no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G T Surender to withdraw JUST BLUES from the above race. ADMIRAL SHAW (Ram Nandan Manjhi) accidentally stumbled soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. SAIGON (S Mubarak) was slowly away, did not raise a fluent gallop and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. J S Pillay was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day. Jockey P Siddaraju, the rider of TRUTH IN WINE was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing ADMIRAL SHAW (Ram Nandan Manjhi) on his outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates. Jockey P Siddaraju, the rider of TRUTH IN WINE was reprimanded for not maintain a proper course thereby riding erratically in the straight. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Orders. SIENNA PRINCESS (N Ramesh Kumar) planted and lost many lengths at the start. Jockey A Ashhad Asbar, the rider of HABIBTI was fined Rs.3,000/- for cutting across the field sharply before passing the Red Marker Post. ELSA (Asirvatham) sustained injury on right hind pastern. OCEAN OF GRACE (S Imran) was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds as it fell over inside the stables at the Saddling yard and sustained injuries on both fore knees. Trainer Mr. J Ganesh was informed that he must produce a fitness certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with again. STAR OF LIGHT (Ram Nandan Manji) swerved left after jumping out of the Starting Gates and lost few lengths at the start. Jockey H Rahul, the rider of SD QUEEN reported that his breast belt snapped as a result his saddle slightly shifted to the right during the race as such he had considerable difficulty in riding out his mount in the straight. After due examination of the equipment, which was found to be in serviceable condition, no action was taken beyond noting the incident. It was observed that the saddle on TRUMP BABY (Afsar Khan) shifted back in the straight. After due examination of the equipment, it was found that the girth was in an unserviceable state. Hence Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence. Jockey A Prakash, the rider of ADENA reported that he accidentally dropped his whip passing the 400 Metres. Jockey A Prakash, the rider of ADENA reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

D GOLD STAR (H Rahul) was extremely fractious inside the gates whereby it reared up and its right for leg got cast inside the stall beside, for a considerable period of time. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. B Suresh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. Jockey K Mukesh Kumar (HYD), the rider of MAGICAL BAY was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post. Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of SEOLFOR BULLET was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st Infringement).

Jockey C Umesh, the rider of RISE AGAIN was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing PERSIAN ROCK (A Ashhad Asbar) on his inside along the rails passing the 800 Metres. Jockey C Umesh, the rider of RISE AGAIN was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to MOTHER’S GRACE [K Mukesh Kumar (Hyd)], on his inside, which in turn passed it onto THE FLYING FEET (Rafique S K) on its inside passing the 350 Metres. Jockey Faiz, the rider of HEROISM was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st Infringement). Jockey K Mukesh Kumar [Hyd], the rider of MOTHER’S GRACE reported that his saddle slightly shifted to the left in the straight despite which, he did not have any difficulty in riding out his mount. After due examination of the equipment which was found to be in serviceable condition, no action was taken beyond noting the incident. BOUNTIFUL BEAUTY (Md Imran Ashraf) planted and did not take any practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. It was observed that Jockey A Ayaz Khan, the rider of WOOD ART lost his left stirrup soon after jumping out of the starting gates due to which he had considerable difficulty in controlling his mount and as a result, it shifted in and caused interference to MIRACULOUS GIRL (Abhishek Mhatre), on his inside, which in turn went onto RED HILLS (A Ashhad Asbar) along the rails and subsequently MIRACULOUS GIRL (Abhishek Mhatre) shifted out, due to which JASMINE (N B Kuldeep) which was traveling behind had to be checked by its rider and drop back passing the 1000 Metres. As the incident was purely accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident. Jockey A Ayaz Khan could only regain his left stirrup, passing the 500 Metres. Jockey R Ravi, the rider of ELEGANT TIME was fined Rs.5,000/- for not exercising sufficient control over his mount after jumping out of the Starting Gates whereby he lost his right rein and veered out then came in sharply and caused interference to SWAGATHAM (Prabhu Kumar M) on his inside passing the 1000 Metres. Jockey A Ashhad Asbar, the rider of RED HILLS reported that his mount was trying to run out in the final 200 Metres of the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the mouth could not be examined due to its highly fractious behavior. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g BALGOWNIE.

Jockey A S Peter, the rider of METZINGER reported that his saddle shifted back passing the 300 Metres. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. P Krishna was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling. It was reported after the race that MAPLE LEAF (Brijesh Kumar V) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Vinesh V Naik was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the race that THE GOLDEN SUNRISE (N Ramesh Kumar) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey S Imran was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards in the presence of his Trainer, Mr. Saddam Iqbal, as to his riding on his mount SPLENDIDO, in the above race. Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Jockey S Imran, the Stipendiary Stewards decided as follows; 1. To fine Jockey S Imran a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) for not making sufficient effort to improve his position right from the Start till about entering the Straight, for no apparent reason. 2. He was informed that he should make every effort to ride his mount in a judicious manner and that a repetition of a similar manner of riding in future, would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action. 3. To note the explanations tendered by Trainer Mr. Saddam Iqbal. SPLENDIDO (S Imran) sustained bleeding cut on right fore back of pastern. It was reported after the race that MACRON (Shah Alam) apparently lost its left fore shoe during the race. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g BLUEMED.
