Jockey Shrikanth Kamble, the rider of SPIRITUAL FORCE, placed second by the Judge, lodged an objection against P Ajeeth Kumar, the rider of MAYBURY, placed 1st by the Judge, for "on approaching final 200 metres, Jockey P Ajeeth Kumar came on to me all the way outside, which caused obstacle for which I could not ride. This cost me a certain Win". The Stewards held an enquiry immediately, after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After due deliberations and after repeatedly viewing the CCTV of the above Race, the Stewards decided to overrule the objection. It was reported after the Race that MAYBURY (P Ajeeth Kumar) had apparently lost its right hind shoe during the Race.
