Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards as to the inconsistent running and the resultant improved performance of his charge D DON KING (J Paswan), the winner of the above race, as compared to all its previous runs during the Mysore Winter Races 2023-24. After due enquiry and not being satisfied with the explanations tendered by Trainer, Mr. Vishal Yadav, the Stipendiary Stewards decided as follows; a) To fine Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav, a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for the inconsistent running and the resultant improved performance of his charge D DON KING (J Paswan), the winner of the above race, as compared to all its previous runs during the Mysore Winter Races 2023-24; and b) To caution him that a similar manner of offence by him in future would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action. SHYAM KARNA (Koshi Kumar) planted and lost many lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Surender G T was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. TRACER BULLET (Shamaz Shareef) accidentally brushed the railings between the 1100 Metres and the 1000 Metres. Jockey P Sai Kumar, the rider of SHEEBA reported that his mount was inclined to run out throughout the race. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of COYOTE GIRL was reprimanded for shifting `out’ and inconveniencing GOLDEN BIRD (Shreyas Singh) on his outside passing 1100 metres. LOVE WARRIOR (Afsar Khan) ran detached from the field throughout the race. Trainer Srinivas Babu G was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. It was reported after the Race that LOVE WARRIOR (Afsar Khan) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Srinivas Babu G was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
