Jockey M Naveen, the rider of IRON CLAD, placed Second by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey Shreyas Singh, the rider of HAVELOCK CRUISE, placed First by the Judge, for “Approaching final 200 metres he came to me whipped on to my right hand, for which my horse shied away and lost momentum for which it cost me certain win”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned; After deliberations and after repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the above Race, they decided to uphold the objection lodged by Jockey M Naveen, the rider of IRON CLAD, against Jockey Shreyas Singh, the rider of HAVELOCK CRUISE and revised the order of placings as under: IRON CLAD I HAVELOCK CRUISE II SEGERA III PRINCE CORPORATE IV ASHTAR V Jockey Shreyas Singh, the rider of HAVELOCK CRUISE, was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting out and taking out IRON CLAD (M Naveen) on his outside, between the 200 Metres and the last 50 Metres of the above Race and also for whipping Jockey M Naveen, the rider of IRON It was reported after the Race that FUN AND LAUGHTER (Rahil Akhtar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Aditya K was informed that he should produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before he accepts with it again..

SOCRATES (P Kiran Rai) planted and did not take part in the race; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on Race Days on the Race Track.

INEXHAUSTIBLE (M Rajesh Kumar) accidentally brushed the railings approaching 1000 metres. Jockey Koshi Kumar, the rider of KOALA was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting `in’ and causing interference to WIND WHISTLER (P Kiran Rai), COOL WINTER (Anil Baandal) and CZAREVITCH (M J GautamRajUrs) on his inside, passing the 300 Metres. It was observed that KOALA (Koshi Kumar) was hanging `in’ after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was found to have an old non healing ulcer on left oral commissure. However, Trainer Mr. Eshwer M was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b m HASTING SUNRISE.
