Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of DEEMED TO FIRE was fined Rs.5,000/- for not infusing adequate vigor in riding out his mount in the final stages of the race. It was observed that ATHULYA (M Prabhakaran) was hanging `in’ throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. GINTOKI (Faiz) sustained injury on left fore inside fetlock. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g SULTAN SWORD.

As Jockey Saqlain S, the declared rider of RUNNING BOLT, could not arrive to fulfill his riding engagement for the day, due to reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Eshwer M to substitute Jockey Shreyas Singh to ride RUNNING BOLT, in place of the declared rider. It was observed that DIAMOND HOOVES (B Nayak) ran detached from the field throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah K was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey J Paswan, the rider of PRINCE CORPORATE, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to KENSINGTON COURT (M Rajesh Kumar), on his inside, at the start. Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of KINGOFTHEJUNGLE, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to HIS EMINENCE (M J GautamRajUrs), on his outside, passing the 1100 Metres. Jockey T Pavan, the rider of HAVELOCK CRUISE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to VIVA LA VIDA (A K Aniket), on his inside, approaching the 1100 Metres. Jockey Shreyas Singh, the rider of CLEVER HANS reported that his mount accidentally stumbled at the 450 Metres. It was reported after the Race that SPIRIT OF THE ROSE (Vivek G) had apparently lost its left hind shoe during the race. VIVA LA VIDA (A K Aniket) sustained clipped injury on right hind fetlock. KENSINGTON COURT (M Rajesh Kumar) sustained gum injury. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g IRON CLAD.

Jockey Amyn Merchant, the rider of SHUBANKAR was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing severe interference to VIJAYA FALCON (Y S Srinath), on his inside passing the 1000 Metres. Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of PRICELESS GOLD was fined Rs.5,000/- for the excessive and improper use of the whip on his mount during the Race [First infringement]. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f O HANSINI.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey Vinod Shinde to ride LAND OF GOLD, in place of Jockey S Saqlain, the declared rider. Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of ANGELES was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to LAND OF GOLD (Vinod Shinde), on his inside soon after the start. Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of LAND OF GOLD was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing severe interference to INDIAN GLORY (A K Aniket), on his inside passing the 400 Metres and as such the latter horse stumbled. SQUARE THE CIRCLE (R N Darshan) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was observed that COUNTRY’S LIGHT (Siddaraju P) was hanging `out’ rounding the final bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Joseph B Awale was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. It was observed that D DON KING (V R Jagdeesh) was hanging `in’ at the start. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. It was observed that D ROMANCE (M Rajesh Kumar) was hanging `out’ throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was questioned as to the improved performance of his charge, LEOPARD (Angad), the winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 60 of the Betway Mysore (Monsoon) Races 2023 where it was withdrawn and prior to that in Race No. 10 of the Betway Mysore (Monsoon) Races 2023, run on Second Day, Thursday, 7th September, 2023, when ridden by Jockey Mohammed Mushraf, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) The horse had a bad habit of veering out soon after the Start. After its run in Race No. 10, to correct its behavior at the Start, he had given his charge adequate gate practice and one Mock Race on 29th September, 2023, where it had finished very close to PRICELESS GOLD; b) In its previous run, his charge was withdrawn because it had suffered an infection to its right eye; c) He had fancied its charge to run well in Race No. 60, but unfortunately his charge had picked up the infection to its right eye and hence was withdrawn; d) In the above Race, he had fancied its chances, his charge ran a good Race and won the Race. While noting his explanations for future references, he was informed to desist from running his charges in this manner and that a similar manner of running of his charges in future would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
