Jockey Koshi Kumar, the rider of WHITE LIES was fined Rs.5,000/- for the excessive and improper use of whip, on his mount, in the above Race. [1st Infringement]. Jockey A K Aniket, the rider of AGAINST ALL ODDS , placed Second by the Judge, lodged an Objection against Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of ROYAL TITLE, placed First by the Judge, for 'inside the last 300 Metres the winner (ROYAL TITLE) came on to me and even in the last 200 Metres ROYAL TITLE came on to me. My horse is a big made and the verdict is ¾ of a length, due to which I lost a certain Race'. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After repeatedly viewing the CCTV footage of the above Race and after due deliberations, the Stewards decided to overrule the objection. BURST OF BLAZE (B Nayak) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah K was informed not to accept with it again, until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. SKY STORM (P Kiran Rai) took a fly jump at the start. BORN KING (M Chandrashekar) ran detached from the field throughout the race. Trainer Mr. Narredu S was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of D DON KING reported that his mount was hanging `in’ after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to take appropriate measures before accepting with it, again. Jockey Shamaz Shareef, the rider of JERSEY LEGEND reported that his mount was hanging `in’ after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas was informed to take appropriate measures before accepting with it, again. Surprise sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b (mtg) g THE GREY GERANIUM.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Aditya K to withdraw his charge GOLD KITE (A K Aniket), from the above Race on veterinary grounds, as it was lame on left fore due to shoulder sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it, again. CONTRIBUTOR (Madhu Sudhan S) took a fly jump at the Start. Jockey Brahmmesh S, the rider of BLUE ORIGIN was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting `in’ and causing interference to KNIGHT IN HOOVES (Vinod Shinde) on his inside and as such the latter horse broke its stride and shied outwards from the front runner thereby causing interference to ALDGATE (S John) on his outside between the 900 Metres and the 700 Metres.

Jockey Amyn Merchant, the rider of SOUND OF CANON’S was fined Rs.3,000/- for causing severe interference to INFINITEPOSIBILITY (M Rajesh Kumar) on his inside, which in turn went on to GINTOKI (Shreyas Singh) on its inside at the top of the start. Jockey Ram Nandan Manji, the rider of MARK ONE reported that his mount was hanging `out’ throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed to take appropriate measures before accepting with it, again. It was reported after the Race that INFINITEPOSIVILITY (M Rajesh Kumar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Girinath C was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it, again. Trainer Mr. Aditya K was questioned as to the reversal of form and the resultant improved performance of his charge SOUND OF CANON’S (Amyn Merchant), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 75 of the Betway Mysore (Monsoon) Races 2023, i.e., The Gool and Soli Poonawalla Memorial Trophy, (About) 1600 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, run on the Eleventh Day, Thursday, 12th October, 2023, when ridden by Jockey H Rahul, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) The previous run of his charge was in an open class with Bangalore Runners run over a mile where he had fancied his charge to run a good Race; b) But rounding the bend, his charge received a severe interference at the top of the Straight; c) His charge has a very short dash of speed and as such, after the interference, despite the best efforts of the rider, it fell back and thereafter, the horse was galloping there and there only. While noting his explanations for future reference, Trainer Mr. Aditya K was cautioned to be more judicious in the running of his charges in future and that a repetition of a similar manner of running of his charges in future would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action. Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of SEOUL was reprimanded for shifting `in’ and inconveniencing GRIZZLY (P Surya), on his inside, at the start. Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of COPPER SUNRISE was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in’ and thereby inconveniencing APPSARA (S Hussain) on his inside at the start. Jockey S Hussain, the rider of APPSARA was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to ELVEDEN (S Antony Raj) on his inside which, in turn, went on to ARIGATO (Faiz) on its inside within 100 Metres from the start. Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of SEOUL was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `in’ and causing interference to MERAKI (Koshi Kumar) on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres and as such, the latter horse stumbled. Jockey Saqlain S, the rider of WORLDLY WISE reported that he momentarily lost his left reins, passing the 400 Metres, which he regained within a few strides. Jockey A Ramu, the rider of THALAIVAA reported that his mount was running green throughout the race. TREASURE CHEST (Inayat) sustained small cut on left fore outer cannon. DAY OF COMBAT (J Paswan) sustained bruise on left chest wall behind girth.
