MOONLIGHT QUEEN (Siddaraju P) drifted 'out' in the straight under pressure and finished the last 200 metres of the Race on the outer part of the Race Track. YASMIN FROM YORK (Vinod Shinde) pulled lame on right hind as it sustained deep clipped injury over tendon.

Permission was granted to Trainer, Mr. Vishal Yadav to withdraw ANTINORI (M Shahid) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on right hind due to hoof abscess. Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of MYSTICAL MERKABAH reported that his mount drifted `out’ in the straight under pressure in the last 250 metres of the Race. Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of WHAT IS THIS, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount to improve his position between 1400 metres and 600 metres of the Race. SERAI (S John) sustained bruise on left chest wall behind girth. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g FEARLESS JOEY.

Jockey P Trevor, the rider of VIVALDO was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `in’ and bumping into MYSTIC BOND (Neeraj Rawal) at 1300 metres. AUSPICIOUS QUEEN (Angad) pulled up lame on left hind and sustained injury on cannon region. Attaollahi and his Owners in respect of his charge WEST BROOK in the above race. An enquiry is being held into the verbal complaint made by Jockey Y.S. Srinath the rider of MAGNUS against Jockey M. Prabhakaran, the rider of STAR CONCEPT in the above race. An enquiry is being held into the verbal complaint made by Jockey Akshay Kumar the rider of WEST BROOK against Jockey M. Prabhakaran, the rider of STAR CONCEPT in the above race An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of TOUCH OF GREY ridden by Jockey Suraj Narredu and Trained by Mr. S. Narredu.

Jockey Angad, the rider of DAME FONTEYN reported that his mount was hanging `out’ under pressure in the last 200 metres of the Race.

NATURAL ONE (Inayat) drifted `out’ under pressure in the last 150 metres of the Race. Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of CATALINA was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming `in’ and inconveniencing COUNTRY MAGIC (Y S Srinath) on his inside at 250 metres. Trainer, Mr. Rakesh was questioned into the inconsistent running of his charge within a span of nine days wherein his charge CATALINA (Antony Raj S) won the above race as compared to its previous run in race no. 46 of the Mysore (Monsoon) Races 2023 i.e., The Shimsa Plate about 1100 metres for horses rated 20 – 45, 5 years old and over run on 27th September 2023 when it ran unplaced. Trainer, Mr. Rakesh stated that – (a) The terms of the race of her previous race as compared to this race were similar except that this race was 1200 metres which suited her. (b) There were two common horses also in this race with which she had run close in the previous race. Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Trainer, Mr. Rakesh to the inconsistent running of CATALINA (S Antony Raj), the Stipendiary Stewards decided to – (i) Fine Trainer Mr. Rakesh Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) for the inconsistent running of his charge CATALINA (S Antony Raj); (ii) Caution Trainer, Mr. Rakesh to refrain from running his charge in a short span of time and that a repetition of a similar manner of running of his charges in future would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
