Jockey M Shahid, the rider of CITY OF HUSTLE was reprimanded for travelling wide in the final 300 metres. Jockey H Rahul, the rider of THE ATLANTUS was reprimanded for travelling wide from 1100 metres till 800 metres for no apparent reason. It was reported after the race that LEAD SINGER (A R Pradeep) burst its blood vessels. Trainer, Mr. Joseph B Awale was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with in again. It was reported after the race that D FIGHTER (Brahmmesh) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer, Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. MYSTICALMERLIN (A K Aniket) sustained deep clipped injuries on both hind fetlock.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to withdraw LEOPARD (Angad) on veterinary grounds as it had right eye blepharospasm due to corneal opacity. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. ATHULYA (Ram Nandan Manji) jumped out and did not raise a fluent gallop, thereby losing many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Bobby M was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. COPPER SUNRISE (P Kiran Rai) sustained small injuries on left hind back of pastern. SUPER SEXY (Abhishek Mhatre) sustained small injury on right hind coronet.

As Jockey Arshad Alam, the declared rider of GINTOKI, failed the pre-race breathalyzer test, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C D Monappa to substitute Jockey Shreyas Singh to ride GINTOKI in place of the declared rider. D DEAR (Amyn Merchant) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behavior, Trainer, Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. IBRAHIMOVIC (Mohammed Mushraf) jumped awkwardly `outwards’. Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of FERRETTI was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting `in’ and causing interference to BENGHAZI (Angad) on his inside passing the 150 meters. WINTER STORM (M Rajesh Kumar) sustained small cut on left hind outer cannon. Jockey Angad, the rider of BENGHAZI, placed third by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey, Y S Srinath, the rider of FERRETTI, placed first by the Judge, for "inside the final 100 metres, the winner, FERRETTI came into me sharply where I had to stop riding which cost me a certain race. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After due deliberations and repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the race the Stewards decided to overrule the objection. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of GINTOKI, to the Stewards for breach of Rule No. 101 (iii) read with Calendar Notification of the Racing Calendar of the Mysore Race Club Ltd., Rules of Racing, under the heading “ALCOHOL TESTING FOR RIDERS”, in that, he failed the pre-race Breathalyzer Test. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the last Race and examined Jockey Arshad Alam. After due enquiry a nd after noting that this was the second infringement of the same offence by Jockey Arshad Alam, in a span of one week, the Stewards decided to suspend the Jockey’s License granted to Jockey Arshad Alam from 14-10-2023 to 29-10-2023 [both days inclusive] for breach of Rule No. 101 (iii) read with Calendar Notification of the Racing Calendar of the Mysore Race Club Rules of Racing, under the heading “ALCOHOL TESTING FOR RIDERS” & fined him a sum of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only] for misbehaving with the official in-charge of Alcohol Testing. Jockey Arshad Alam was informed that he can ride work and was also informed of his right to appeal.

Jockey Angad, the rider of SEGERA was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `out’ and taking out PRINCE CORPORATE (Saqlain) on his outside between 1000 metres and 700 metres. Jockey Shreyas Singh, the rider of MOON’S BLESSING reported that his saddle shifted forward, passing 1400 metres, and as such, he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. S.S Attaollahi was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling. Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SHAMROCK was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `out’ and bumping into CAVAROZZI (V R Jagdeesh) at the start.

LAUTERBRUNNEN (Angad) jumped awkwardly `outwards’. Jockey Syed Imran, the rider of GERONTOCRAT was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `out’ and causing interference to MARK ONE (Ram Nandan Manji) and PERFECTIMAGINATION (Mohammed Mushraf) on his outside, at the start. Jockey Tousif Khan, the rider of FURIOUS FUN reported that he lost his right stirrup passing 800 metres, which he could not regain and thereafter had to ride without its aid of the equipment. Jockey Mohammed Mushraf, the rider of PERFECTIMAGINATION was severely reprimanded for riding indifferent Race. Jockey Angad the rider of LAUTERBRUNNEN was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the races. KENSINGTON COURT (Prabhu Kumar M) sustained gum injury.

WIND WHISTLER (Prabhu Kumar Manji) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ at the Start. Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of D WARRIOR was reprimanded for travelling wide between 1200 metres and 500 metres for no apparent reason. On examination of the mouth, no abnormality was reported. Permission was granted to Trainers, M/s. Ranjeet Shinde, CD Monappan & Vishal Yadav to deputize on behalf of Trainers, M/s. S S Attaollahi & B Prithviraj, K Pradeep Annaiah and Sriram Komandur, who were unable to attend the Races.
