ECO SYSTEM (Hemant Chandragiri) jumped awkwardly inwards thereby inconveniencing FIFTY GRAND (R Shiva Kumar), on its inside, at the Start.
RAPTOR (Shreyas Singh) jumped awkwardly inwards, thereby inconveniencing FIFTY GRAND (R Shiva Kumar) soon after the Start.
LUCKY SUN (Koshi Kumar) was observed to have dropped back in the last 100 Metres of the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was revealed.
SWEETER THAN HONEY (Sameer Qureshi) ran detached from the field in the straight. Trainer Mr. Ashwin Rao S was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch m WAR SONG.
The Stewards of the Mysore Race Club Ltd., considered the analytical report received from QuantiLab, Mauritius pertaining to the analysis of the urine sample taken from ch m WAR SONG (Trained by Mr. Girinath C and Owned by M/s Swiss Stud and Live Stock Pvt. Ltd.) which had shown the presence of the drugs Phentermine [Class II] and Mephentermine [Class I] – prohibited substances – the sample of which was taken after the said horse won the above race.
The Stewards noted the following:
The Trainer was informed of this and was given the option of sending the split sample of the urine of the said horse for confirmatory analysis.
The Trainer vide his dated 13th October, 2023 had informed the Club that he would like the split sample of the horse to be sent to LGC, New Market, United Kingdom. Accordingly, the split sample was sent to the said laboratory and the said laboratory confirmed the presence of the drugs Phentermine [Class II] and Mephentermine [Class I] – prohibited substances, vide its report dated 1st November, 2023, which has also been informed to the Trainer concerned.
Therefore the Stewards decided to disqualify the horse ch m WAR SONG, from the above race and revised the order of the placing as under:

LEOPARD (Mohammed Mushraf) jumped out awkwardly thereby causing severe interference to horses on its outside, viz., MY VISIONARY (P P Dhebe), ASTROLOGER (Anil Baandal), BEAUTIFUL OBLIVION (Angad), POLAR WIND (R N Darshan) and MIGHTY SWALLOW (Arvind Kumar N), at the Start. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, an enquiry is being held into the above incident.

After due deliberations and after repeatedly watching the CCTV footage of the above Race, the Stewards decided to overrule the objection.

DAVIDS DELIGHT (Arshad Alam) jumped awkwardly inwards, thereby inconveniencing ON DIAMOND (B Darshan Anthony), on its inside, at the Start.
Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of DAVIDS DELIGHT, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing ONE DIAMOND (B Darshan Anthony) on his inside, passing the 1000 Metres.
At the behest of the Stewards, an enquiry was held into the fall of Jockey B Darshan Anthony, the rider of ONE DIAMOND, due to the interference caused by Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of DAVIDS DELIGHT, passing the 400 Metres. The Stewards examined Jockey Arshad Alam. After due examination and after repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the Race, the Stewards decided not to alter the Judge’s Placings in the above Race. The Stewards further authorized the Stipendiary Stewards to conduct an enquiry into the manner of riding of Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of DAVIDS DELIGHT, in the above Race and submit a report. ANUSHTUBHA (S Antony Raj) sustained bleeding injury inside left hind pastern.
VICTORIANO (P P Dhebe) sustained clipped injury on left hind outer bulb of heel.
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Attaollahi S S to withdraw his charge FOREST FLAME (P Trevor), from the above Race.
There were two objections in the above Race. The first objection was lodged by Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of EVALDO, placed 3rd by the Judge, against Suraj Narredu, the rider of SHAMROCK, placed 2nd by the Judge, for "inside the last 100 Metres, Suraj Narredu, the rider of SHAMROCK came on to me, where I had to stop riding, which costs me a certain place.”
The second objection was lodged by Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SHAMROCK, placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of AGNOSTIC, placed 1st by the Judge, for "passing 350 Metres, the winner, from one of the fence, started to drift out whereby, taking my rightful ground of running and took me further out whereby I have lost a certain race.”
The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After due deliberations and after repeatedly watching the CCTV footage of the above Race, the Stewards decided to uphold the first objection lodged by Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of EVALDO against Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SHAMROCK and revised the order of the Judge’s placing as mentioned below. The Stewards decided to overrule the objection lodged by Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of SHAMROCK against Jockey S Antony Raj, the rider of AGNOSTIC. The final order of placings are as follows;

As Jockey B Darshan Anthony was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the 5th Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde [deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr. B Prithviraj], to substitute Jockey Shreyas Singh to ride CLEVER HANS, in place of the declared rider. JEWEL THIEF (P Kiran Rai) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S Ramesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.
It was observed during the Race that CLEVER HANS (Shreyas Singh) shifted in towards the Running Rails very sharply, passing the 300 Metres and thereafter, as there was no room along the Rails passing the 200 Metres, the rider of the horse had to pull his mount out and ride it out on the outside. Jockey Vivek G, the rider of WIN MY LUV, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [First Infringement].
ANKUSH (Mohammed Mushraf) was very fractious inside the Starting Stalls, thereby injuring the rider. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s orders, from the above Race.
SHIVALIK STUNNER (A Ayaz Khan) planted and lost many lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Surender G T was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.
It was observed that DHURANDAR (Md. Imran Ashraf) stumbled accidentally due to a tightly packed field, approaching the 1000 Metres.
DHURANDAR (Md. Imran Ashraf) ran detached from the field, in the Straight. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to ensure better performance in future.
An objection was lodged by Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of BURMESE, placed 2nd by the Judge, against Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of RIVER OF GOLD, placed 1st by the Judge, for "from the top of the straight, the winner kept drifting out taking my ground ending up at the outside of the track and in the last 100 Metres violently, whereby, I had to check my mount and shift inside, whereby, I lost ground and I lost a certain race.” The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After due deliberations and after repeatedly watching the CCTV footage of the above Race, the Stewards decided to overrule the objection.
