It was observed that SWISS TIGRESS (Angad) accidentally knuckled at the start. It was reported after the race that SPIRITUAL FORCE (Likith Appu K G) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Helleal R Moses was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

As Jockey R Vaibhav, the declared rider of OMERTA could not arrive to fulfill his riding engagement due to reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi to substitute Jockey A Ayaz Khan to ride OMERTA in place of the declared rider. SHIVALIK MESMERISE (Afsar Khan) was extremely fractious while saddling and fell over at the saddling enclosure and sustained bruises on both fore knees. JACARANDA (S R Santosh Kumar) took a fly jump at the Start. POWER PORT (Janardhan Paswan) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day. VIJAYA SURABHI (Dhanu Singh Deora) accidentally brushed the running rails passing the 1000 Metres. VIJAYA SURABHI (Dhanu Singh Deora) was impounded for veterinary examination but due to its highly fractious behaviour it could not be examined. Jockey B Darshan Anthony, the rider of FESTIVE STAR reported that he accidentally lost his whip in the final 100 Metres of the race. As Jockey A Ayaz Khan, the declared rider of CITY OF HUSTLE was declared medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 3rd race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qurshi to substitute Jockey Salman Khan to ride CITY OF HUSTLE in place of the declared rider. KUSHAQ (Likith Appu K G) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race day on the race track. Jockey L Alex Rozario, the rider of BACCHUS was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to D ADMIRAL (Mukesh Kumar), on his inside, which in turn, passed it onto THE FLYING FEET (H G Rathod), along the rails, approaching the 1400 Metres. It was reported after the race that FOREST VIEW (Angad) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey L Alex Rozario, the rider of ABERLOUR was fined Rs.2,000/- for not wearing his riding goggles during the race. It was observed that ALL GREAT FRIENDS (Shamaz Shareef) abruptly stopped galloping after passing the 300 Metres and the rider having to dismount before passing the winning post. On immediate examination by the Club’s Veterinary Officer it was reported to have pulled up lame on left fore. Hence Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Surprise sample was taken for analysis from b h DOUGLAS.

Jockey Shamaz Shareef replaced the indisposed Jockey S Antony Raj on ACHOOK. MINX (Akash Agarwal) was examined at the Starting Gates by the Club’s Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on right fore. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of JOHNNY BRAVO was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to AURELE (Arshad Alam) soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Jockey Likith Appu K G, the rider of TIA MARIA reported that he accidentally lost his whip in the final 150 Metres of the race. Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora, the rider of SANTORINI was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to the horses on his inside viz. PARKER (H Zeeshan) and ACHOOK (Shamaz Shareef), passing the 1400 Metres. Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of ICICLE reported that his mount was not galloping fluently during the Race and that had considerable difficulty in controlling the mare and despite his best efforts to keep it on an even course, went out wide, rounding the final bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr. Santosh Rao S was informed to take appropriate corrective measures and to ensure better performance of his charge in future. It was observed that ANTINORI (V R Jagdeesh) ran detached from the field from the 1200 Metres till the winning post. Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. SANTORINI (Dhanu Singh Deora) sustained bleeding cut on left fore inside knee. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m AURELE.

Jockey Salman Khan replaced the indisposed Jockey R Vaibhav on N R I TOUCH. NICHE CANNABIS (Akash Agarwal) ran detached from the field after passing the 900 Metres. An enquiry is being held into the relatively improved performance of PERFECTIMAGINATION, trained by Mr. P C Tejaswi and ridden by Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 53, The Nandidurga Plate (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over run on Seventh Day, 28th December, 2022 when ridden by Jockey R Shiva Kumar it ran unplaced. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to deputize on behalf of Trainer Mr. Joseph Awale who was unable to attend the races.
