Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was fined Rs.10,000/- for having accepted his charge VIJAYA SARATHI (P Kiran Rai) to run in the above race when it was under BTF ban. Subsequently it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race. CALIFORNIA GOLD (K Sai Kiran) jumped out awkwardly at the start. It was observed that AL JAWAAD (Akash Agarwal) accidentally lost its hind leg footing soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards for the improved performance of his charge VIVA LA VIDA, ridden by Jockey H Zeeshan in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.5 of the Mysore Winter Races 2022-23, i.e., The Gadag Plate, Div I - (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45 run on First Day, Thursday, 17th November, 2022 when ridden by Jockey Afsar Khan it ran fourth. The Trainer stated as follows; a) In its previous run, his charge was running in an open class, with some good type of 3 year old and 4 year old horses where it had finished a creditable 4th, about 5 lengths behind the winner; b) In this above race which was for horses, 5 years old and over, he had fancied the chances of his charge, which ran and won well; His explanations were noted for future reference. As Jockey K Sai Kiran, the declared rider of CONSPIRACY was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the second Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa to substitute Jockey R Manish to ride CONSPIRACY in place of the declared rider. Jockey Angad, the rider of WHITE LIES was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing TOP RANK (R Ajay Kumar), on his inside, passing the 700 Metres. Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of MISS CHINA was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to LIKE MY DADDY (A Imran Khan), on his outside, approaching the 400 Metres. Jockey H Zeeshan, the rider of COUNTRY’S SPARK reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 200 Metres. It was observed that COUNTRY’S BOLT (J Paswan) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. It was observed that the saddle on CONSPIRACY (Manish R) had slightly shifted behind after the race. After due examination of the equipment, which was found to be in serviceable condition, no action was taken beyond noting the incident. However, Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D was informed to be cautious while saddling his charges in future. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards for the improved performance of his charge, D ADMIRAL, ridden by Jockey Mukesh Kumar, the winner of the above Race, as compared all its previous runs during the Mysore (Monsoon) Races, 2022. The Trainer stated as follows; a) His charge was not performing well over shorter trips, i.e., over 6 furlongs or 7 furlongs and so he decided to run it over a mile; b) His riding instructions to Jockey Mukesh Kumar was to hit the front and to ride out in the Straight; c) He had not changed the work pattern of this horse but only removed the blinkers on his charge and it was running better without it; d) He felt that the extra distance helped his charge and it came out and won the above Race. While noting the Trainer’s explanations for future reference, he was cautioned to be more judicious while selecting the distance for his charge in future. D ADMIRAL (Mukesh Kumar) sustained bruise on left chest wall behind girth. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g D ADMIRAL.

Jockey S Antony Raj replaced the indisposed Jockey K Sai Kiran on MELANIE. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw his charge O MANCHALI (Likith Appu K G) from the above Race. ROMANTIC HEART (R Shiva Kumar) was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s Orders as the Jockey got injured at the Starting Gates. MORGANITE (Afsar Khan) and FELICITA (R Manish) were extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances they were permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Orders. It was reported after the race that FORTUNE COOKIE (H Zeeshan) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the race that TURF PRINCESS (Arshad Alam) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was observed that THE ANGEL POWER (Siddaraju P) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Santosh Rao S was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f MELANIE.

As Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the declared rider of SOCRATES was certified medically unfit to ride and as no suitable substitute rider was available, Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to withdraw SOCRATES from the above race. ANSALDO (Angad) veered out to the left, soon after jumping out of the Starting gates and did not take any practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.

Jockey V R Jagdeesh replaced the indisposed Jockey K Sai Kiran on DREAM MACHINE. N R I LEVEL (Arshad Alam) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g REAL SHOW.

PRINCE SATSUMA (Arshad Alam) fell over in the saddling enclosure and sustained bleeding injuries on both hind point of hock. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary Grounds. Trainer Mr. Eshwer M was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. HIS EMINENCE (Y S Srinath) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced TACTICAL COMMAND (S Antony Raj) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw his charge BIOMETRIC (K G Likith Appu) from the above Race. As Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the declared rider of CRIMSON FIRE was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the sixth Race and as no suitable substitute rider was available, Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M to withdraw CRIMSON FIRE from the above race. As Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the declared rider of SILVER DAYS AGAIN was certified medically unfit to ride and as no suitable substitute rider was available, Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to withdraw SILVER DAYS AGAIN from the above race. As Jockey A Imran Khan, the declared rider of AMAZING SAFARI was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the third race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi to substitute Jockey Arshad Alam to ride AMAZING SAFARI, in place of the declared rider. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of STAR OF THEA, trained by Mr. P C Tejaswi and ridden by Jockey Mohammed Mushraf in the above race. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw his charge ACHOOK (Md. Imran Ashraf) from the above Race. As Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the declared rider of PERFECTIMAGINATION was certified medically unfit to ride and as no suitable substitute rider was available, Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to withdraw PERFECTIMAGINATION from the above race. Jockey R Ajay Kumar replaced the indisposed Jockey K Sai Kiran on SOUND OF CANON’S. Jockey Arshad Alam replaced the indisposed Jockey A Imran Khan on LEAP OF FAITH. Jockey Mohammed Mushraf, the rider of FIRST IMPRESSION was fined Rs.2,000/- for not wearing his riding goggles during the race. Jockey Mohammed Mushraf, the rider of FIRST IMPRESSION was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to AURELE (H Zeeshan), on his inside, which in turn passed it onto ANALECT (Dhanu Singh Deora), along the rails, approaching the 350 Metres.
