MISS CHINA (Angad) jumped awkwardly `inwards’ at the Start.
OMERTA (Afsar Khan) jumped awkwardly `inwards’ and bumped NEWS MAKER (Y S Srinath), on its inside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates whereby Jockey Y S Srinath got momentarily unbalanced and lost his left stirrup, which he regained within a few strides. As the incident was purely accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident.
Jockey J Paswan, the rider of COUNTRY’S MIRACLE was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing the horses on his inside viz. FESTIVE STAR (Saqlain S), MISS CHINA (Angad) and SHIVALIK DHANUSH (R N Darshan) respectively, approaching the 1300 Metres.
Jockey Angad, the rider of MISS CHINA was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting out and taking out NEWS MAKER (Y S Srinath), on his outside between the 500 Metres and 300 Metres.
Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs, the rider of PETER RABBIT reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
OMERTA (Afsar Khan) sustained injuries on right fore inside pastern and right hind back of fetlock.
SHIVALIK ATTITUDE (S R Santosh Kumar) sustained bleeding cut injury inside right hind thigh.
COUNTRY’S MIRACLE (J Paswan) sustained bruises on right hind fetlock and cannon.

There were two objections in the above race. Jockey Nazerul Alam the rider of BELLISSIMO, placed Third by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey Shreyas Singh, the rider of D FIGHTER, placed First by the Judge, for, “In the last 100 Metres, the winner shifted out and blocked my passage whereby I had to stop riding, which cost me a certain race”. The second objection was by Jockey J Paswan the rider of COORG GENERAL, placed Fourth by the Judge, against Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of BELLISSIMO, placed Third by the Judge, for, “In the last 100 Metres BELLISSIMO came in and blocked my passage whereby I stopped riding which cost me a certain second place”.
The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned viz., Nazerul Alam, J Paswan and Shreyas Singh respectively; After due deliberations and after repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the Race, the Stewards decided to OVERRULE both the objections.
An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of SILVER DAYS AGAIN trained by Mr. P C Tejaswi and ridden by Jockey P Kiran Rai, in the above race.

As Jockey C Umesh, the declared rider of BENEDICTION was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Rajendra Singh (being deputised by Trainer Mr. G T Surender) to substitute Jockey Y S Srinath to ride BENEDICTION, in place of the declared rider.
Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of FASSBINDER reported that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. S Ramesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.
CLEVER HANS (Hindu Singh) jumped awkwardly 'outwards' and inconvenienced ROYAL CROWN (R Shiva Kumar), on its outside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.
Jockey Hindu Singh, the rider of CLEVER HANS was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to BENEDICTION (Y S Srinath), on his outside, passing the 250 Metres.

AGAINST ALL ODDS (H Zeeshan) was extremely fractious while loading, dropped the rider and bolted. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Orders.
UNITY (H G Rathod) ran detached from the field, throughout the race. Trainer Mr. Santosh Rao S was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
It was observed that O KANHAIYA (Y S Srinath) drifted out alarmingly between the 150 Metres till passing the Winning post. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to withdraw OSIRIS (Siddaraju P) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore and also found to have nail puncture on sole. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Jockey L Alex Rozario, the rider of LOVELY THOUGHTS was fined Rs.2,000/- for not wearing goggles during the race.
MEMORITER (Saqlain S) was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Bobby to withdraw THINK N FLY (Hasib Alam) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
ROYAL COMMAND (P Kiran Rai) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Girinath C was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.
Jockey A R Pradeep, the rider of THE KING N I was fined a total sum of Rs.5,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to EMERALDO (V R Jagdeesh) on his outside which in turn passed it onto ROYAL COMMAND (P Kiran Rai) passing the 800 Metres and again, for shifting `in’ and causing interference to ALTAIR (Vivek G) on his inside along the rails in the final 100 Metres of the Race.
ABLE ONE (B L Paswan) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of ABLE ONE, trained by Mr. Azhar Ali and ridden by Jockey B L Paswan in the above race.
