As Jockey S Imran, the declared rider of PERFECT PASS was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar to substitute Jockey Mukesh Kumar to ride PERFECT PASS, in place of the declared rider. Jockey H M Akshay, the rider of RAPTOR, reported that he had to check his mount to avoid striking the frontrunner LUCKY ONE (P Kiran Rai) as his mount got keen approaching the 800 Metres. It was observed that LUCKY ONE (P Kiran Rai) shied and jumped over the crossover pathway whereby the rider got momentarily unbalanced and lost his right stirrup which he regained within a few strides passing the 400 Metres. Jockey Arul H J, the rider of STAR SPECK, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course thereby allowing his mount to drift out between the 250 Metres and 150 Metres. It was reported after the race that GRAND CHEVALIER (Arshad Alam) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

D KARNA (Mukesh Kumar) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced DALLAS (Shamaz Shareef) on its inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates. Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the rider of SWISS TIGRESS, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing SPIRITUAL FORCE (P Ajeeth Kumar), on his inside, approaching the 1100 Metres. Jockey Chotu Jaiswar, the rider of HAYDEN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to SWISS TIGRESS (Sarvan Kumar), on his inside, passing the 1100 Metres. HAYDEN (Chotu Jaiswar) ran detached in the final 300 Metres of the race. Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. Jockey P Ajeeth Kumar, the rider of SPIRITUAL FORCE, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently, in the last 200 Metres of the Race. Trainer Mr.Helleal Moses R was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. An enquiry is being held into the vastly improved performance of DALLAS, trained by Mr. G Srinivas Babu and ridden by Jockey Shamaz Shareef, the winner of the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.32 of the Mysore Summer Races 2022, i.e., The Alberetto Plate (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45 run on 15th June, 2022 when ridden by Jockey H G Rathod, it ran unplaced. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m DALLAS.

ARCELIA (K Sai Kiran) jumped awkwardly outwards thereby inconveniencing UNIMAGINABLE (B Harish) on its outside, at the Start. It was observed that the saddle on WILD SPELL (J H Arul) shifted in front, over the withers, passing the 800 Metres whereby the Jockey had to remove both his legs from the stirrups to remain balanced passing the 700 Metres. After due examination of the equipment after the race, which was found be serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling. WILD SPELL (Anil H J) sustained large bruises on caudal thigh region.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Eshwer M to withdraw ORIENTAL LILY (Arshad Alam) on compassionate grounds. Jockey Mukesh Kumar replaced the indisposed Jockey S Imran on RUMOUR LADY. ROYAL COMMAND (Angad) planted & lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C Girinath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. RUMOUR RADY (Mukesh Kumar) after jumping out swerved left and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of ANGEL DREAMS, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting 'in' causing interference to LUCKY SUN (Chotu Jaiswar), on his inside, which had to be checked by its rider and shift out thereby inconveniencing the horses on his outside viz. FACETS OF LIFE (H Rahul) and HERE I COME (H G Rathod), approaching the 700 Metres. Jockey Mukesh Kumar, the rider of RUMOUR LADY was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing ANGEL DREAMS (K Sai Kiarn) on his inside approaching the final 100 Metres. Jockey Angad, the rider of ROYAL COMMAND, reported that he accidentally lost his whip in the final 50 Metres of race. It was reported after the race that FACETS OF LIFE (H Rahul) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b g DARK SECRET.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Eshwer M to withdraw RHYTHMIC (Arshad Alam) & LEOPARD (C A Brisson) on compassionate grounds. Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of NOTORIETY was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in sharply and causing interference to WIND WHISTLER (Sarvan Kumar) and GALLERY QUEEN (Akshay Kumar) on his inside before passing the red marker post. It was observed that the saddle on GALLERY QUEEN (Akshay Kumar) shifted back passing the 400 Metres and also the right rein got unfastened in the final 50 Metres of the race. After due examination of the equipment after the Race, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was fined a total sum of Rs.10,000/- for faulty saddling and for his negligence in not properly fastening the reins on his charge.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah to withdraw SEA OF CORTEZ (P P Dhebe) on compassionate grounds. Jockey R Ajinkya, the rider of GOLDEN GUEST was reprimanded for shifting `in’ and causing interference to CONTRIBUTOR (Dhanu Singh Deora) on his inside passing 1200 Metres. GOLDEN GUEST (R Ajinkya) accidentally brushed the running rails approaching the 1000 Metres.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Eshwer M to withdraw SPARKLES (Kirtish Bhagat) on compassionate grounds. KIMETTO (B Harish) was extremely fractious in the gates whereby the rider got unbalanced and came off the saddle and the horse jumped out and ran rider-less. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. There were two objections in the above race. The first objection was lodged by Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of FLAMINGO DANCER, placed Third by the Judge against Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of INFINITEPOSIBILITY placed First by the Judge for, “Cutting across me at 300 and again bumping and boring at 200, again coming in at 100 which cost me a certain winner”. The second objection was lodged by Jockey J H Arul, the rider of FLYING FALCON, placed Second by the Judge, against Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of INFINITEPOSIBILITY placed First by the Judge for, “Passing the 300 the winner came in whereby I had to check my mount which cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined Jockeys A Imran Khan, J H Arul and P Kiran Rai; After due deliberations and after repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the Race, the Stewards decided to uphold both the objections lodged by Jockey A Imran Khan and Jockey J H Arul, the riders of FLAMINGO DANCER and FLYING FALCON respectively, against Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of INFINITEPOSIBILITY. The Stewards further decided to disqualify INFINITEPOSIBILITY (P Kiran Rai) from the above Race and revised the order of placing as under: FLYING FALCON I FLAMINGO DANCER II DALHOUSIE III COME ALIVE IV SUPER SEXY V An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey P Kiran Rai, on his mount INFINITEPOSIBILITY, in the above race.
