AIRVELOCITY (Ahsan Qureshi) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced the horses on its outside viz. COUNTRY’S THUNDER (R Shiva Kumar) and GAME BOY (S Imran), on its ouside, soon after jumping out of the starting gates. Jockey S Imran, the rider of GAME BOY, reported that he accidentally lost his whip, soon after jumping out of the starting gates. At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, a Stewards enquiry was held into the incident where it was observed that the saddle on the horse, COUNTRY’S DELIGHT (H Zeeshan), placed first by the Judge, shifted in front, passing the 900 Meters and as such, the lead bag fell off the horse, approaching the 400 Metres. The saddle was examined and found to be in serviceable condition. When the rider, Jockey H Zeeshan presented himself for weighing in, he weighed “in” 5 Kgs less as compared to the weight that he “weighed out” with. After due enquiry and after repeatedly viewing the CCTV footage of the above Race, with particular reference to the fall of the “Lead Bag”, the Stewards felt that the fall of the “Lead Bag” was purely accidental. The Stewards also felt that this could have materially affected the result of the Race. Therefore, the Stewards, exercising their rights under Rule No 31 (a) of the Mysore Race Club Ltd. Rules of Racing, decided to declare COUNTRY'S DELIGHT (H Zeeshan) a “Non Starter” from the above Race and declare bets with all Totalizator Pools and also bets with Bookmakers, pertaining to the horse, COUNTRY'S DELIGHT, to be refunded. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to withdraw COUNTRY’S FLASH (Vivek G) on veterinary grounds as it had sustained injury and inflammation on right hind fetlock and pastern; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey P S Chouhan, the rider of FLYING FALCON, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to LUCKY ONE (Janardhan Paswan) on his outside as a result the latter had to further shift out thereby inconveniencing the horses on its outside viz. MISS CHINA (P S Kaviraj), NEWS MAKER (R Shiva Kumar) and CHARLIE HEBDO (P Ajeeth Kumar) soon after jumping out of the starting gates. OMERTA (Sameer Qureshi) jumped out awkwardly as a result the rider got unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount soon after start and thereafter, the horse finished the race riderless. Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of NEWS MAKER, was reprimanded for shifting 'out' and taking out SWISS BAY (K Sai Kiran) on his outside, between the 400 Metres and 350 Metres. Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of LUCKY ONE, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. C D Monappa was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b g FLYING FALCON. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m MISS CHINA.

BREAKING NEWS (K Sai Kiran) refused to move towards the starting gates from the 1800 Metres. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starter’s order. Mr. SHANGHAI (Ahsan Qureshi) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track ROYAL DESIGN (Arshad Alam) planted and did not take part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track It was observed that PERFECT IMAGINATION (N B Kuldeep) drifted out alarmingly under the use of whip despite the best efforts of the rider to keep it on an even course, from the 400 Metres till passing the winning post and as such, it finished the race on the outer portion of the grass track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. S M Johnson was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of PERFECT PERFECTO, reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 350 Metres. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b r PERFECT PERFECTO.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi to withdraw EDDIE THE EAGLE (A Prakash) on veterinary grounds as it found to be suffering from respiratory infection. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was observed at the starting gates that ARCELIA (A S Peter) was not sporting BLINKERS for the use of which prior permission had already been obtained. As no BLINKERS were available at the starting gates it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Order. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence. DARING PRINCE (Sarvan Kumar) was slowly away, did not raise a fluent gallop soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates and thereafter, ran detached from the field, till about rounding the final bend. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of JUNGFRAUJOCH, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and on examination, the mouth revealed small ulcers. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again. Jockey G Rohith, the rider of GOLD CREST, was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing BEAT THE ODDS (Mohammed Mushraf) on his inside, approaching the 1000 Metres. GOLD CREST (G Rohith) sustained bruise on left chest wall behind girth. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b f TRACER BULLET.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of CRESCENDO, trained by Mr. C D Monnappa and ridden by Jockey A M Alam in the above race.

Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of WIND WHISTLER, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing WILD SPELL (P S Kaviraj), on his outside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. D JANI (H Rahul) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of D BROTHER was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st Infringement). An enquiry is being held into the relative poor performance of WIND WHISTLER (K Sai Kiran), Trained by Mr. Vikram Appachu,which ran unplaced in the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 11 of the Mysore Summer Races 2022, i.e., The Mysore Zoo Plate, (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over, run on Wednesday, 25th May 2022, when ridden by the Jockey Kiran Naidu it ran second.
