Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of ASHWA VIKRANT, was fined Rs.5,000/- for the excessive use of whip, on his mount, in the above Race (2nd Infringement). It was observed after the Race that TRAVIESO (Rahil Akhtar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

COUNTRY'S SONG (M Prabhakaran) jumped awkwardly 'inwards', at the start. STRONG RESEMBLANCE (M Madhu Babu) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', thereby, inconveniencing TOBIN (N B Kuldeep), on its outside, at the start. It was observed that BIG TIME BAY (Chotu Jaiswar) accidentally stumbled passing the 700 Metres. TOBIN (N B Kuldeep) was observed to have drifted out in the Straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Santosh Rao was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g TOBIN.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bobby M to withdraw MARCH TO VICTORY on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be suffering from severe sore back; Trainer Mr. Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu to substitute Jockey B Harish to ride GOOD OPINION in place of Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed, the declared rider. Jockey Sameer Qureshi, the rider of SCORPENE reported that he accidentally lost his whip, passing the 400 Metres. Jockey S Sunil, the rider of SCARLET PRINCESS, reported that he could not get a clear run passing 150 Metres due to closely packed field. Jockey R N Darshan rider of TIME ALWAYS reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and as it was highly fractious and was not allowing to be examined, the examination of the mouth was abandoned; However, Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi to withdraw LORD COMMANDER (A Imran Khan) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be suffering from colic; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. STAR OF THEA (Shiva Kumar) stumbled soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates, and as such, he lost his right stirrup, which he regained after the first 200 Metres of the Start.

Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of COME ALIVE, was severely reprimanded for slowing down the pace of his mount and as such, the runners behind had to check their respective mounts, approaching the 1000 Metres. It was observed that ASHWA FIGARO (Arshad Alam) had to be checked by its rider, shift out and in the process, inconvenienced ASHWA RAJAURI (Rahil Akhtar) & BREAK AWAY (Janardhan Paswan), on its outside, passing the 800 Metres. ASHWA RAJAURI (Rahil Akthar), was observed to be running green throughout the race. ASHWA RAJAURI (Rahil Akthar) sustained gum injury and also reported to have sustained clipped injury on left hind outer bulb of heel.

As Jockey A Imran Khan was certified medically unfit to ride and as no suitable rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi, to withdraw his charge NEXT LEVEL, from the above Race . Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu to substitute Jockey B Harish to ride COUNTRY'S PACE in place of Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed, the declared rider. EXPORT QUALITY (K Sai Kiran) planted and lost many lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey R Shiva Kumar, on his mount COUNTRY'S DELIGHT, trained by Mr. C Girinath, in the above Race. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f CEFFINA. Surprise sample was taken for analysis from b g INTENSE COMMAND.

As Jockey Afsar Khan was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sajid Qureshi to substitute Jockey Sameer Qureshi to ride LEAP OF FAITH, in place of the declared rider. Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of COUNTRY'S COURAGE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting `in', and causing interference to D DON (Mukesh Kumar), on his inside, within 100 Metres from the Start. Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of ABERLOUR, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting `out', and causing interference to D DON (Mukesh Kumar), on his outside, passing the 250 Metres.
