Jockey C Umesh, the rider of STAR BINDER was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `in' and causing interference to ABOVE THE REST (R N Darshan) on his inside at the start. Jockey T S Jodha, the rider of AZEEMKI PRINCESS was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting `in' and causing interference to the horses on his inside viz., REVERBERATING (Shobhan Babu), HAPPY DANCING (Md. Akram), ADMIRAL ONE (Irvan Singh), ONLY PRINCE (Nazerul Alam) and DESERT GOLD (M Naveen), within 100 Metres of the Start. It was observed during the Race that DESERT GOLD (M Naveen) had to be checked and steadied by its rider passing 900 Metres, to avoid striking the front runner ADMIRAL ONE (Irvan Singh). Jockey Shamaz Shareef, the rider of EXTREMELYDANGEROUS was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing ADMIRAL ONE (Irvan Singh) on his inside passing 350 Metres. Jockey Md. Imran Ashraf, the rider of SENATOR was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race. Jockey Md. Akram, the rider of HAPPY DANCING reported that his mount was not galloping fluently in the last 350 Metres of the Race. Trainer Mr. Samar Singh was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. Jockey Shobhan Babu, the rider of REVERBERATING, was fined Rs.3,000/- for excessive use of whip, on his mount in the above Race [1st Infringement]. Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of ADMIRAL ONE reported that his mount was not galloping fluently in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi [deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr. Darius M Byramji] was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey C Umesh, the rider of STAR BINDER (C Umesh) reported that his mount was not galloping fluently in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that the horse pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the race that the ABOVE THE REST (R N Darshan) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Lokanath V was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the race that the REVERBERATING (Shobhan Babu) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. ADMIRAL ONE (Irvan Singh) sustained bruise on right hock. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b g REVERBERATING.

PIPER REGINA (Irvan Singh) accidentally stumbled soon after jumping 'out' of the Starting Gates and as such the Jockey couldn't ride from the desired position i.e. from 2nd or 3rd position. EWANDOR (M Rajesh Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced PIPER REGINA (Irvan Singh) on its outside at the start. Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of HARLEY QUINN was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing PIPER REGINA (Irvan Singh) on his inside passing 1300 Metres. It was observed in the race that HARLEY QUINN (Janardhan Paswan) slowed down in the last 300 Metres of the race and was also reported by its rider that his mount was hanging 'in' throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Praveen Jesu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of DEIMUS was fined Rs.3,000/- for excessive use of whip [1st Infringement].

Jockey Shamaz Shareef, the rider of ORDER ORDER reported that his mount was hanging 'out' throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey C Umesh, the rider of CAVAROZZI was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip [1st Infringement]. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g VELOCIDAD.

Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs, the rider of ANDERMATT reported that he accidentally lost his whip in the last 100 Metres of the race. Jockey Shamaz Shareef, the rider of SEA LAGOON was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to STAR OF THEA (Chethan Gowda) on his outside passing 250 Metres. SEA LAGOON (Shamaz Shareef) sustained small injury on right hind outer cannon.

WINNING HEART (K Sai Kiran) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Praveen Jesu was informed that he must not accept with it again, until its behaviour is improves to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. Trainer Mr. Dheeraj V was questioned as to the improved performance of his charge SUPER SUCCESS (S John), the winner of this Race as compared to its previous run in Race No.31, i.e., The J H Foley Memorial Trophy – Div I (About) 1200 Metres – for horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over, run on, Fifty Day, Wednesday, 11th September, 2019, when ridden by Jockey T S Jodha, it finished fifth. The Trainer stated as follows; a) His charge was a very inconsistent performer in its career; b) He had given similar riding instruction in its previous start; c) In its previous run, as the pace was fast, the rider had brush up to keep up with the pace as such his charge performed poorly; d) In the above Race, his charge was well settled in the mid bunch and was ridden out in the Straight and just about won the Race. His explanation was noted for future reference. SPORTO (Ramandeep S Bal) sustained bruise on left hind back of fetlock. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g SUPER SUCCESS.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharavanan J to withdraw SPEED QUEEN (Md.Akram) as it was observed to be trotting lame on right hind due to infected cellulitis of cannon region. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. WARLOCK (M Rajesh Kumar) swerved to left after jump out and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Sharavanan J was informed that he must not accept with it again, until its behaviour is improves to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. It was observed in the race that SPIRITUALQUEEN (Nirmal Jodha) was inclined to run 'out' passing 800 Metres thereby inconveniencing HEART BEAT (Shiva Kumar) and WARLOCK (M Rajesh Kumar), on its outside. Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs, the rider of ROMANTICA reported that his mount was inclined to run 'out' rounding the bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. It was observed in the race that WARLOCK (M Rajesh Kumar), stopped galloping near the 300 Metres. It was reported after the Race that it had pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
