Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath to substitute Jockey Ramandeep S Bal to ride SURPRISE PACKAGE in place of Jockey Arshad Alam, the declared rider. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan to withdraw TOTAL FIRE (M Prabhakaran) on veterinary grounds as it fell while being saddled, thereby, sustaining injury on right hind outer hock; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. FLAMING SPEAR (H M Akshay) sustained clipped injury on right fore inside bulb of heel. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was questioned as to the relative performance of his charge, of ONE OF A KIND (S Antony Raj), the winner of this Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.31 of the Mysore Winter Races 2018-19, i.e., The Common Grounds Plate – Div. I (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 00 to 25, run on Fifth Day, Wednesday, 19th December, 2018, when ridden by Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse had a set back after its run during the Mysore Races 2018. It had suffered a fracture of the Jaw; b) After surgery and rest he had systematically prepared it by giving it 6 to 7 fast work and couple of Gate jump outs; c) Despite its condition, it ran a decent race in its previous run; d) Last time was the first run during this meeting after the Mysore Races 2018 i.e., after a gap of about 40 days; e) After that run and a few good gate jump outs, he had fancied its chances in this set; f) He had instructed the rider to take a good jump, give it couple of cracks, take a forward position; g) He did not show early speed and so was positioned 5th or so, gradually improved position and the horse just about won the Race; His explanation was noted. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g ONE OF A KIND.

ONLY HOPE (M J Gautam Raj Urs) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', at the start. Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of BERLIN, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' from the 800 Metres till about the Winning Post; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs, the rider of ONLY HOPE, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality reported; However, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. It was reported after the Race that on examination of the mouth of the horse, ROYAL COMMAND (R Manish), it was reported to have sharp molars; Hence, Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [first infringement]. An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey Anil Baandal on his mount, THE IMPOSTER, in the above Race.

VENI VIDI VICI (T S Jodha) planted and lost many lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S M Johnson was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. AMAZING (R Manish) threw its head up, while jumping out of the Starting Gate. Jockey H M Akshay, the rider of CLASSIC JEWEL, was reprimanded for coming 'in', thereby, inconveniencing AMAZING (R Manish) on his inside, soon after the start. BLUE BIRD THE WORD (Vipin Kumar) brushed the Railings, passing the 1100 Metres. Jockey T S Jodha, the rider of VENI VIDI VICI, reported that he accidentally lost his whip between the 300 Metres and the 250 Metres. Jockey Vipin Kumar, the rider of BLUE BIRD THE WORD, was reprimanded for shifting 'out', thereby, inconveniencing COUNTRY'S POWER (G Rohith) on his outside, in the closing stages of the Race. It was observed that LADY BE GOOD (S Antony Raj) which was running fiercely, had to be checked steadied by its rider to avoid striking the front runner. AMARIS (R Ajay Kumar) sustained cut injury on left fore back of cannon.

LOVELY MICMEL (R Ajay Kumar) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', thereby, inconveniencing BRAVE ADMIRAL (M Rajesh Kumar) and COUNTRY'S TIGRESS (G Rohith) on its outside, at the start.
