Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan to withdraw WREKIN (A Ashhad Asbar) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to have sustained injury on right hind cannon; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora, the rider of PRINCEAZEEM, reported that his mount was hanging 'in' after entering the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that the examination of the mouth of the horse revealed mild sharpness of the molars with no fresh injuries; Trainer Mr. Rajendra Singh M was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again. Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of DUKE OF CLARENCE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in sharply, before passing the Red Marker post. Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of TURF MAGIC, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to RACING FIRE (R Rayan Ahmed) on the inside, before passing the Red Marker Post. As Jockey A R Pradeep, the declared rider of TAX FREE, could not arrive to fulfill his riding engagement for the reason beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Azhar Ali to substitute Jockey Sahanawaz to ride TAX FREE in place of the declared rider. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan to withdraw FRENEMEE (M Rajesh Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on right hind due to sprained stifle; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, the Stewards held an enquiry into the Start of the above Race, with particular reference to the Start effected in respect of SAGRADA (A Ramu – drawn 6). They examined the Starter, the Asst. Starter and Jockey A Ramu. After considering the submission made by them, viewing the CCTV replay of the Start from different angles and acting on their own observation of the Start of the Race, the Stewards concluded that SAGRADA (A Ramu – Drawn 6) was not ready when the Start was effected and hence did not get a fair Start. After due deliberations, the Stewards of Mysore Race Club Limited, by virtue of the powers conferred under the Mysore Race Club limited Rules of Racing, decided to declare SAGRADA as a Non-Starter, in the above Race. It was reported after the Race that REAL STEEL (Irvan Singh) burst its blood vessels; Trainer Mrs. Parvati Byramji was informed that she must prodcuce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey A Ramu, the rider of RARE AND BOLD, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement]. Jockey A Ashhad Asbar, the rider of STELLAR AMBITION, reported that the saddle slightly shifted back, rounding the final bend; After due examination of the equipment, which was otherwise intact, no further action was taken beyond noting the incident.
