AMARIS(Suraj Narredu) was very fractious and didn't allow the Tongue Strap to be tied. Subsequently permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to run his charge without the Tongue Strap. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was fined Rs.2,000/- for using hind leg bandages on his charge ALWAYS UNITED (Arshad Alam), for which prior permission had not been obtained. PIKACHU (M Abhilash) jumped awkwardly outwards, thereby inconveniencing I DO IT FOR U (Ajeet Kumar), at the start. GRACIOUS (K Raja Rao) jumped awkwardly inwards, thereby inconveniencing I DO IT FOR U (Ajeet Kumar), at the start. NOBLE EMPEROR (Janardhan Paswan) jumped awkwardly outwards, thereby inconveniencing ALWAYS UNITED (Arshad Alam), on its outside, at the start. It was observed that PASSING STAR (P Surya) accidentally stumbled, approaching the 900 Metres. Jockey S Manohar, the rider of ENGELBERG reported that the horse was running green throughout the race and as such, it shifted out and inconvenienced PASSING STAR (P Surya) on his outside, which went onto I DO IT FOR U (Ajeet Kumar), on the far side, between the 900 Metres and the 700 Metres. EYEZ HYPNOTIZE (Sahanawaz), which was running fiercely behind the front runners, had to be checked and steadied by its rider between 800 and 600 Metres due, to a closely packed field. Jockey K Raja Rao, the rider of GRACIOUS was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing ALWAYS UNITED (Arshad Alam), on his inside, rounding the final bend. AYAHUASCA ( S Mubarak) sustained cut injuries on left hind cannon and right hind cannon. EYEZ HYPNOTIZE (Sahanawaz) sustained cut injury on right hind pastern. CELESTAR (Vijay Kumar) sustained multiple cut injuries on both hind cannon and pastern. ALWAYS UNITED (Arshad Alam) sustained injury on left fore inside fetlock.

Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the rider of BANDITO was fined Rs.1,000/- for taking an undue lead after 800 Metres upto 400 Metres as a result his mount packed up in the last 100 Metres of the race. He was further informed in the presence of Trainer Mr. Girinath C that a repetition of a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action. Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of SUPER SUCCESS was reprimanded for shifting 'out' and inconveniencing FORCE ENSIGN (Irvan Singh) on his outside passing 500 Metres. It was observed that JUSY BY CHANCE (S R Santosh Kumar), which was galloping fiercely, had to be checked by its rider to avoid striking TIGER OF MYSORE ( P P Dhebe) which was travelling directly in front, approaching 400 Metres. It was reported after the race that ALIBOXER (Syed Waseemuddin) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed he must produce Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. FORCE ENSIGN (Irvan Singh) sustained bruises on both hind back of fetlock. Routine sample was taken for analysis from ch g ARROGANT APPROACH.

Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of LONDON reported that the horse was hanging 'out' between 900 Metres and 600 Metres. Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed to take appropriate corrective measure before accepting with it again. INTEGRATED (Y S Srinath) sustained bruises on both hind hock and right hind fetlock. Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m SAVANNAH SOUND.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. V Narayana Gowda to withdraw his charge LAND OF LIBERTY (P Kirna Rai) on veterinary grounds as it bolted and sustained injury at right fore bulb. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was observed in the race that PINYADA (P Trevor) was running green in the last 300 Metres of the race. Compulsory sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g TUTANKHAMUN.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B Prithviraj to withdraw REGAL MUSIC on veterinary grounds as it was found to have injuries at poll, withers and both hock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of BENEDETTA, was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing SECRET DIMENSION (P Kiran Rai), on his inside, at the start. Jockey R Anand, the rider of GOLDEN DIAMOND, was reprimanded for shifting 'out' and inconveniencing SECRET DIMENSION (P Kiran Rai), on his outside, rounding the final bend. Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of CAMPEON, reported that he accidentally lost his whip, approaching 250 Metres. Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde and Jockey S Antony Raj were questioned regarding the running and riding of REANNA, in the above Race. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse had no form to go by; b) It has a very short dash and as such, he had instructed the rider to take a good jump, sit off the pace, preferably on the inside, come the shortest way home and then ride it out, in the straight; c) He was satisfied with with the riding of the Jockey who had ridden according to instructions and that similar riding instructions would be imparted in future also. Jockey S Antony Raj, while corroborating the explanations of his Trainer, informed that he had ridden according to the instructions. Their explanations were noted for future reference. GOLDEN DIAMOND (R Anand) sustained bruises on both chest wall behind girth. Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c TURF STAR.

GRAN TURISMO (P Kiran Rai) did not raise fluent gallop soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates, thereby losing many lengths, at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Girinath C was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of b g KING SMILE, trained by S Santosh Rao (deputised by Trainer Mr. B K Narendra) and ridden by Jockey Afsar Khan, in the above race. BE BOLD (M Prabhakaran) sustained a large bruise below left hind hock.
