Jockey L Prashant, the rider of GARV, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to KALLISTRATE (S G Prasad) on his inside, passing the 350 Metres. Jockey S G Prasad, the rider of KALLISTRATE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to the horses on his inside, viz., ELOIKA (M Bhaskar), AL DAHMA (M Abhilash) and NUALA (Irvan Singh), passing the 200 Metres. Jockey M Bhaskar, the rider of ELOIKA, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient efforts on his mount during the Race. GARV (L Prashant) sustained large bruise inside left fore knee and multiple superficial small injuries. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch m KENTUCKY ROSE.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to withdraw ASCENDENCY (Y S Srinath) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to have sustained injury inside right hind hock with infected cellulitis. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. As Jockey Saddam Hussain, the declared rider of DANCING BLUES, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Third Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C Girinath to substitute Jockey Irvan Singh to ride DANCING BLUES in place of the declared rider. SKYFULLOFSTARS (Md. Sameer) jumped awkwardly 'inwards' and inconvenienced I DO IT FOR U (Shiva Kumar) on its inside, at the start. DANCING BLUES (Irvan Singh) accidentally brushed the Railings, passing the 1300 Metres. Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of I DO IT FOR U, reported that his mount was hanging 'out', rounding the final bend and in the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed sharp molars; Hence, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [first infringement]. Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of DANCING BLUES, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' in the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed sharp molars; Hence, Trainer Mr. C Girinath was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [first infringement]. CATO'S CALL (S Manohar) sustained multiple small cuts inside right hind cannon. STAR BINDER (Anil Baandal) sustained bleeding cut over left hind above hock. After a thorough enquiry with Trainer Mr Ranjeet Shinde and Jockey Md. Sameer into the running and riding of b f SKYFULLOFSTARS in the above Race, it was decided to; (a) fine Jockey Md Sameer Rs.5,000/- for the inept handling of his mount and also fine him a sum of Rs.5,000/- for the unsatisfactory explanation tendered by him during the enquiry and to caution him that a repetition of a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate disciplinary action; and (b) Note the explanation tendered by Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde. ARIZONA SUN (Md. Imran Ashraf) bolted from the Starting Gates without the rider, fell soon thereafter and then completed the course rider-less; In the process, it fell and pulled up lame on left hind; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders; Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of GALAXY QUEEN, was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing the horses on his inside, viz., REANNA (Y S Srinath) and ABSOLUTE BRAVE (V R Jagdeesh), passing the 1200 Metres. CASTLE KING (S R Santosh Kumar) did not get a clear run, passing the 1000 Metres, due to crowding of the field. STORMING HOME (P Mani) was observed to be drifting 'out', rounding the bend, and in the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed sharp molars; Hence, Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [first infringement]. It was reported after the Race that EXTRA SPARK (Mohammed Mushraf) burst its blood vessels; Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. ONTIME (M Madhu Babu) sustained small injury on right nostril. REANNA (Y S Srinath) sustained cut at the tip of tongue. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g THE WOLF.

Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for having accepted his charge, ICE SPRINT (M J Gautam Raj Urs) to run in this Race without producing a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer when he had been specifically advised to do so; Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn. SANS FRONTIERES (Nitin Singh) accidentally stumbled soon after the start. Jockey J Paswan, the rider of ORIENTAL MASTI, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race. Jockey P Mani, the rider of ARMAN, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the Race. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g AZURE FIRE.

EUDORA (M Madhu Babu) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey Keanen G Steyn, the rider of WATERFALL, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to HERE'S ABBEY (V R Jagdeesh) on his inside, passing the 1500 Metres. Jockey Shivnath Paswan, the rider of YOUNG GALLANT, was reprimanded for travelling wide between the 700 Metres and the 500 Metres, for no apparent reason. It was reported after the Race that WINNING STORM (M J Gautam Raj Urs) burst its blood vessels; Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
