Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah [being deputised by Trainer Mr. Z Darashah], was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, LUC DIVINE (M Prabhakaran); Subsequenty, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. As Jockey Y S Srinath, the declared rider of SPEED HAWK, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the First Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Warren Singh to substitute Jockey P S Chouhan to ride SPEED HAWK in place of the declared rider. Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of COLOR PROOF, reported that the saddle shifted over the withers, passing the 1000 Metres, whereby, he could not offer proper assistance to his mount thereafter; After due examination of the equipment after the Race, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling. It was reported after the Race that the left fore and right hind shoe of SECRET DIMENSION [(M Rajesh Kumar), trained by Mr. V Narayana Gowda) was apparently lost, during the Race. Further enquiry is being held into the incident. COLOR PROOF (P P Dhebe) sustained cut injury in front of right hind fetlock and a few cuts on left hind fetlock.
