Permission was granted to Trainer P C Tejaswi to withdraw his charge SIVANTA from the above Race as it was observed to be suffering from fever and systemic infection. He was informed that he must produce Fitness Certificate before accepting with it again. Trainer Dominic S was fined Rs.1,000/- for for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, FRUIT PRINCE (R Praveen Shinde). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of SCORCHING was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to FRUIT PRINCE (R Praveen Shinde) on his inside, as a result of which the latter clipped the front runner and stumbled, approaching 1000 Metres. Jockey Syed Imran, the rider of GOODWILL WARRIOR was reprimanded for riding an incompetent race. He was informed in the presence of Trainer Vishal Yadav [deputising on behalf of Trainer Mr. Sriram Komandur], that he should make every effort to improve his riding in future failing which, he would be reported to the Stewards for appropriate action. It was reported after the Race that FRUIT PRINCE (R Praveen Shinde), pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. S Dominic was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer, before accepting with again. MASTEROFTHEROLLS (M L Bhosle) - sustained gum injury. SAMAY BALWAN (L Prashant) - sustained clipped injury on right hind bulb of heel.

Jockey V R Jagadeesh, the rider of EL FENIX was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to ALL THATS NICE (S John) on his inside passing 300 metres. Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of AFORE placed fourth by the Judge lodged an objection against Jockey Sahanawaz, the rider of MAJESTIC STYLE placed second by the Judge, for "in the last 300 Metres, the rider of MAJESTIC STYLE came in sharply and cut across and bumped me, whereby my horse lost its stride, which cost me the Race". The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After due deliberations, the decided to "Overrule" the Objection. Subsequent to the objection being over-ruled, the Stewards decided that the deposit of Rs.5,000/- lodged by Jockey Janardhan Paswan, towards the objection be forfeited as they considered the objection to be frivolous in nature. Jockey Sahanawaz, the rider of MAJESTIC STYLE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to AFORE (Janardhan Paswan), on his inside, passing the 300 Metres. Jockey V R Jagadeesh, the rider of EL FENIX reported that his mount was hanging in very badly in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Darius Byramji was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey Sahanawaz, the rider of MAJESTIC STYLE reported that he accidentally lost his whip, approaching the 300 metres. ALL THATS NICE (S John) – sustained bleeding cut on right fore outer cannon. Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of MOMOTARO was reprimanded for shifting out and taking out CHANDINI (Shiva Kumar), on his outside, rounding the final bend. Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of PIKACHU was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip, on his mount, in the above Race [1st Infringement]. Jockey A Sandesh, the rider of INTO THE SPOTLIGHT reported that his mount abruptly slowed down in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and endoscoped, but no abnormality was reported. CHANDINI (Shiva Kumar) - sustained small cut on left fore pastern.

CARISA (Shivnath Paswan) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed not to accept with it, until its behaviour improves to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in One Mock Race on a Race Day, on the Race Track. SPINNING CHAKRAM (S G Prasad) jumped awkwardly inwards at the start. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of DONT TRUST ANYONE was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing ALL IN (R N Darshan), on his inside, passing 1100 metres.

FORCE ENSIGN (A Imran Khan) jumped awkwardly outwards, at the start. GALAXY QUEEN (M Abhilash) ran detached from the field. Trainer Sharavanan J was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. It was reported after the Race that CAMPEON (Ajeet Kumar) had burst its blood vessels. Trainer Vishal Yadav was informed that he must produce Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer, before accepting it again. SILVER CHIEFTAIN (P S Chouhan) - sustained multiple bleeding cuts inside left hock.

Apprentice Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of ICE SPLENDOUR, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming "in" and causing interference to COUNTRY'S COURAGE (Nitin Singh), on his inside, which in turn, passed it onto COUNTRY'S ANGEL (P P Dhebe), on its inside, before passing the Red Marker Post. Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of HAPPY VICTORY, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing COUNTRY'S ANGEL (P P Dhebe), on his outside, at the Start. Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of COUNTRY'S COURAGE reported that he accidentally lost his whip, in the final 100 metres of the Race. ICE SPLENDOUR (R N Darshan) – sustained superficial cuts inside right hind cannon. Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m CASTLEBAR.
