Jockey M Kumar, the rider of FANTASY LIVING, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to ALWAYS ON TOP (L Prashant), on his outside passing the 500 Metres. Jockey A Vishwanath, the rider of ROSIE'S DREAM, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to ALWAYS ON TOP (L Prashant), on his outside, as a result, the latter had to be checked by its rider and fall back, passing the 400 Metres Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the rider of DAZZLE AWAY, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race. Jockey R Ravi, the rider of DANCE WITH ME, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the Race. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was questioned regarding the improved performance of his charge COUNTER POINT (V R Jagdeesh), the winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 19, i.e., The Manasagangotri Plate – Div. I, (about) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 00 to 25, run on Second Day, Wednesday, 18th November, 2015, when ridden by Jockey Nirmal Jodha, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; (a) This horse was with Trainer Mr. T Natraj before, it came to him three months back and that was its first run under him; (b) It had a lot of problems with its hooves and also back and was on regular treatment; (c) That was the reason why it had not raced for a while and with due rest and regular preparation, it had shown improvement; (d) He had given it a lot of pace work and after much improvement, he had entered it in the above Race; and (e) Based on the workout, his charge was tipped by many racing publications; His explanations were noted. Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of SUNBOW, was fined a total sum of Rs.5,000/- for coming in and causing interference horses on its inside, viz., GRAND SUCCESS (S John) and HAPPINESS (M Kumar), passing the 1100 Metres and again for coming 'in' sharply and causing interference to HEIDRUN (Arshad Alam) on his inside, as a result, HEIDRUN (Arshad Alam) had to be checked by its rider and fall back, passing the 1000 Metres. Jockey L Prashant, the rider of LITTLE ATHENA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to COUNTRY'S SEPOY (Nitin Singh), on his inside, passing the 1000 Metres. It was reported after the Race that examination of the mouth of the horse, ROLAND (S Chethan Kalay) revealed sharp molars. Hence, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was fined Rs.5,000/- for his negligence [second infringement]. HEIDRUN (Arshad Alam) sustained bleeding cut on right fore below knee. Jockey G Y Rajesh Babu, the rider of ROBINHOOD PANDEY, reported that he lost his whip, passing the 350 Metres. Jockey N Rajesh, the rider of LOOK ME NOW, reported that his mount was galloping in patches throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was reported to have sustained cut below left hind hock. Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of VETTEL, was fined Rs.3,000/- for excessive use of the whip on his mount, in the above Race [second infringement]. Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was fined Rs.2,000/- for declaring Jockey Arshad Alam to ride his charge, WESTERN FLEET, in the above Race, without obtaining prior permission of the rider concerned; Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Eshwer to declare Jockey Irvan Singh to ride WESTERN FLEET. Jockey R Ravi the rider of SPINNING CHAKRAM, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to horses on his inside, viz., KIR ROYALE (Arshad Alam), ALBATROSS (V R Jagdeesh) and WESTERN FLEET (Irvan Singh), passing the 1100 Metres. It was reported after the Race that ARRIVEDERCI (S John) returned exhausted from the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey Shivakumar, the rider of SIDDHANI, Trained by Mr. Rakesh, in the above Race. AMAZING (G Sai Vamshi) sustained deep bleeding cut inside right hind fetlock. SUNSPIRIT (S Chethan Kalay) sustained injury on right hind pastern. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from ch m ARRIVEDERCI. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g ALBATROSS.

DEFINING MOMENT (Vijay Kumar) was examined at the Gates and was observed to be trotting lame on right hind. AZURE FIRE (S John), suddenly slowed down, passing the 700 Metres, as a result, CHAMPIONS STAR (Nitin Singh), which was galloping directly behind, had to be checked by its rider to avoid striking the frontrunner. It was reported after the Race that ICECREAM (R Ravi) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. BUCETHALIS (S Chethan Kalay) sustained injuries inside both hind pastern. BIGHERO (Anil Baandal) sustained bleeding injury inside right hock. ICE SPLENDOUR (Arshad Alam) sustained deep clipped injury on right hind bulb of heel. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g ABDERUS.

Jockey S Chethan Kalay, the rider of CARISA, reported that he accidentally dropped his whip, rounding the final bend.

Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders; Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. SANS FRONTIERES (N Rajesh), accidentally brushed the False Rails, passing the 1200 Metres. Jockey N Rajesh, the rider of SANS FRONTIERES, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of EXTRA SPARK, was fined Rs.3,000/- for excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [second infringement]. After due enquiry, Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the rider of RUTHBA, was fined Rs.5,000/- for completely easing his mount in the last about 30 Metres of the Race. He was further cautioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav, that a repetition of similar manner of riding in future would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate disciplinary action.
