As Jockey Suraj Narredu, the declared rider of SUMMER MANE, could not arrive to fulfil his riding engagements due to reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Z Darashah to substitute Jockey S John to ride SUMMER MANE in place of the declared rider. Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, SWISS LADY (N Ramesh Kumar). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. ARABEELA (T S Jodha) planted and lost many lengths at the start and, thereafter, ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S M Johnson was informed to ensure better performance of his charge and that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of PUSH THE LIMIT, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course in the first 100 Metres of the Race. Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of COUNTRY'S CHARM, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to SUMMER MANE (S John) on his inside, in the last 50 Metres of the Race. Jockey A Ashok Kumar, the rider of LADY BOND, reported that his mount was running 'out' throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey S John, the rider of SUMMER MANE, reported that his mount was inclined to run 'out' in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that it had sharp molars and fresh injuries inside mouth. Hence, Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [first infringement]. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b c INVINCIBLE WISH.

GAYLE'S STORM (M Madhu Babu) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C Girinath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. C Girinath was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. It was reported after the Race that CATERINA (N Rajesh) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. C Girinath was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. ROSIE'S DREAM (Anil Baandal) sustained cut on left hind above bulb of heel.

In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. OCEANA (Shivnath Paswan) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs, the rider of SILVANO, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not making sufficient effort to improve his position in the early part of the Race. An enquiry is being held into the improved performance of DARE THE DON (Ajeet Kumar), the Winner of this Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.35 of the Mysore Winter Races 2015-16, i.e., The D.V. Vishwanath Memorial Trophy – Div. II (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, run on Fourth Day, Wednesday, 2nd December, 2015, when ridden by Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, it ran unplaced. STARSTRUCK (N Ramesh Kumar) sustained bruise on back of fetlock. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g DARE THE DON.

Jockey S Mubarak, the rider of ABSOLUTE BRAVE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for travelling wide till approaching the 400 Metres, for no apparent reason. Jockey G Sai Vamshi, the rider of SOCIETY MUSIC, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to CARISA (A Ashok Kumar) on his inside, passing the 1500 Metres.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S S Attaollahi [deputised by Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde] to substitute Jockey Imran Chisty to ride ARROGANT APPROACH in place of Jockey Suraj Narredu, the declared rider. BOLD MAJESTY (S John) jumped awkwardly inwards, thereby inconveniencing MISS INTERNATIONAL ((L Prashant), on his inside, at the start. Compulsory Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g ANCIENT TITLE.

In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on Race Days on the race track. Jockey Mudassar Nazar, the rider of AL DORADO, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to BRYANT PARK (Ajeet Kumar) on his inside, passing the 400 Metres. Jockey Mudassar Nazar, the rider of AL DORADO, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to AL ATTATURK (N Rajesh) on his outside, in the last 100 Metres of the Race. Compulsory Sample was taken for analysis from b g CLASSIC KING. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g SIVANTA.

Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of SKYJET, was fined Rs.2,000/-for shifting out and causing interference to AZURE FIRE (V R Jagdeesh), on his outside, as a result, Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of BIGHERO, who was in between the two, had to check his mount and fall back, at the start. AZURE FIRE (V R Jagdeesh), jumped awkwardly inwards, at the start, thereby inconveniencing BIGHERO (Janardhan Paswan), on his inside. RECKLESS (N Rajesh), was inclined to run out between the 800 Metres and 600 Metres despite the best efforts of the rider to keep it in a proper course. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures and to inform the Stipendiary Stewards of the corrective measures taken, before accepting with it again. Jockey Janardhan Paswan was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence pertaining to weighing “in”. It was reported after the Race that LONDON EYE (S Chethan Kalay) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. BIGHERO (Janardhan Paswan) sustained bleeding cuts inside right hock.
