WIND WONDER (G Y Rajesh Babu) could not get a clear run, soon after the start, due to the crowding of the field. Jockey M Kumar, the rider of TRIUMPHANT, was reprimanded for shifting 'out' and inconveniencing SUPER FORCE (A Imran Khan) on his outside, passing the 1100 Metres. CLASS ABOVE (Irrvan Singh) accidentally brushed the False Rails, approaching the 1000 Metres. It was reported after the Race that DHANYAVAAD (Shivnath Paswan) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. TRIUMPHANT (M Kumar) sustained bleeding cut injury on right hind cannon. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g ARRETE.

VRAJANANDAN (C Harish) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start and, thereafter, ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future and not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of MISTER GREY, reported that he accidentally lost his whip in the final 100 Metres of the Race. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey G Sai Vamshi, the rider of ABOVE AND BEYOND, to the Stewards for the contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading 'USE OF WHIP', in that, as a rider of ABOVE AND BEYOND, he excessively used the whip in the above Race [third infringement during the meeting]; His first infringement was on RUMOUR HAS IT in Race No.37 and the second infringement was on COME ON GINGIN in Race No.60 of the Mysore Races 2015. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last Race on Sunday, 18th October, 2015, and examined Jockey G Sai Vamshi. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey's License granted to Jockey G Sai Vamshi on 28-10-2015 and 29-10-2015 [both days inclusive] for the excessive use of the whip on his mount, ABOVE AND BEYOND, in the above Race [third infringement during the meeting] [permitted to ride work].

Trainer Mr. M Bobby was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, THE DISCIPLE (L Prashant). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. PASSING FULCRUM (Anil Baandal) was extremely fractious and refused to enter the into the stalls. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders. COOL APPROACH (N Ramesh Kumar) planted and lost many lengths at the start. TOP SMILES (M Naveen) jumped awkwardly 'outwards' at the start, thereby inconveniencing PURE ESTEEM (M Noornabi), on its outside. TOP SMILES (M Naveen) accidentally brushed the False Rails, approaching the 1100 Metres. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of WESTERN ALLIANCE, reported that his mount drifted 'out' passing the 1000 metres despite his best efforts to keep it in an even course, thereby inconveniencing MOMOTARO (V R Jagdeesh) on his outside. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, and the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that examination of the mouth of the horse revealed sharp molars and fresh injuries inside. Hence, Trainer Mr. B K Narendra was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [first infringement]. Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of GOOD PROSPECT, reported that his mount started drifting 'out' in the final 300 Metres of the Race anddespite his efforts, completed the final stages of the Race on the outer edge of the Race Track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. B Prithviraj was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey A Sandesh, the rider of KING OF KINGS, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' in the final 300 Metres of the Race and as such, he could not offer assistance to his mount thereafter. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. G Aravind was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey M Naveen, the rider of TOP SMILES, was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence pertaining to Weighing 'in'. WESTERN ALLIANCE (Arshad Alam) sustained small cut on left fore fetlock.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C Girinath to withdraw AMBITIOUSWARRIOR (S R Santosh Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to have sustained penetrating injury in the left eye. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. CASTLE PRINCESS (Vijay Kumar) ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b m MALKIA.

VIRAT (B Harish) did not get a clear run between the 1100 Metres and 1000 Metres due to a closely packed field. PENTAGRAM (A Sandesh) sustained small cut inside right fore cannon. NEW EMPEROR (Janardhan Paswan) sustained injury inside right hock. BANDITO (Keanen G Steyn) suffered from heat exhaustion.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G Sandhu to withdraw ASIAN STAR on veterinary grounds as it was observed to have sustained bleeding cut injury on right fore tendon. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. STARHUNT (Arshad Alam) jumped awkwardly 'outwards' at the start. ACTIVE GREY (B Harish) jumped awkwardly 'inwards' at the start. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of STARHUNT, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. Jockey G Y Rajesh Babu, the rider of BEYOND INTENSITY, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently during the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. V Narayana Gowda was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again. It was reported after the Race that ACTIVE GREY (B Harish) was observed to have sustained large bruises and injuries on both hind planter fetlock.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to withdraw ALBATROSS (Nirmal Jodha) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be walking lame on left hind. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. As Jockey M Madhu Babu, the declared rider of TULIP, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Ninth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey A Ramu to ride TULIP in place of the declared rider. Trainer Mr. G Srinvas Babu was fined Rs.5,000/- for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge, RUBENS (V R Jagdeesh) [first infringement]. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of SANCY, was reprimanded for not maintaining a proper course, rounding the final bend. Jockey A Ramu, the rider of TULIP, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not maintaining a straight course in the last 350 Metres of the Race. Jockey M Kumar, the rider of FLASH TIME, reported that he accidentally dropped his whip in the final 100 Metres of the Race. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of SANCY, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of RUBENS, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey G Y Rajesh Babu, the rider of BUCETHALIS, was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount, during the Race. Jockey T S Jodha, the rider of MR GLORIOUS, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. Jockey Shivnath Paswan, the rider of GO MAN GO, was fined Rs.2,000/- for riding an indifferent race. Trainer Mr. Z.Darashah was questioned regarding the relatively improved performance of his charge HALLELUJAH (M Mark), the winner of this race as compared to its previous run in Race No.99 of the Mysore Races 2015, i.e., The Margroove Estate Trophy – Div (I) (About) 1400 Metres for horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over, run on 25th September, 2015 when ridden by Jockey Shahnawaz, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated that, a) The last run of the horse was in an open company in which most of the horses were Bangalore based horses; b) Today it ran in a race which was confined to Mysore based horses; c) Excepting the last run, the horse has always been running fair races as could be seen from its form in the company of Mysore based horses; d) In its last outing, the horse did not relish very much the way it was handled by the rider; e) Subsequently, in the last two runs, the horse has got a drop of seven points in rating and hence has come down in handicap; f) He gave more than three weeks gap since its last run and he was planning to sell it off; g) Today the horse ran as a most unfancied runner returning a dividend of Rs.798/- for a 10 Rupee ticket.
