Jockey B Harish, the rider of MAGNETIC POWER, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to the horses on his inside, viz., CHELALEE (M Madhu Babu), NEW SUNRISE (Sahanawaz) and ALLOY (Nirmal Jodha), approaching the 300 Metres. Jockey G Sai Vamshi, the rider of COME ON GINGIN, reported that he lost his whip, passing the 200 Metres. QUEENS COLOUR (H G Rathod) sustained clipped injury on left hind fetlock. FRIENDS FOREVER (Ajeet Kumar) sustained cut injury on right flank region. BRIGADIER (Irvan Singh) sustained cut injuries on right stifle. ALLOY (Nirmal Jodha) sustained gum injury. SWEET TODDY (A Vishwanath) sustained multiple injuries on left hind hock.

The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. SUNSPIRIT (B Harish) sustained bleeding cut injury on right hind inside fetlock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. CADOGAN (B Harish) was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders as it got cast in the Gates and sustained injury on right fore pastern. SIMPLETON (Irvan Singh) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of ARISTOMACHE, reported that he lost his reins momentarily, approaching the 200 Metres, which he regained within a few strides. Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of CHAMPIONS STAR, was fined Rs.2,000/- for exulting before passing the Winning Post. An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey N Ramesh Kumar on his mount, AANCHAL BEAUTY, trained by Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao, in the above Race. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was questioned as to the poor performance of his charge DANCE WITH ME (Janardhan Paswan), in the presence of the rider. The trainer stated that he himself was shocked at its poor performance and said that he could not understand the reason, there for. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. The horse was impounded for Surprise Sampling. As the horse did not oblige till about 8.00 pm, the sampling was abandoned. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to ensure consistency in the running of his charges. INFINITHOUGHTS (Sarvan Kumar) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', thereby inconveniencing FLIRTING KING (S Shinde) on its outside, and lost considerable ground, at the start. Jockey A Vishwanath, the rider of ALWAYS LOVE, was reprimanded for not exercising sufficient control over his mount in the last 400 Metres, whereby, he allowed it to drift 'out'. Jockey H G Rathod, the rider of MY FAVOURITE VOICE, reported that he lost his whip, passing the 300 Metres. MY FAVOURITE VOICE (H G Rathod) sustained gum injury.

Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for accepting his charge, MR CARPE, to run in the above Race without showing it in a Mock Race when he had been specifically instructed to do so. Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn. Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of QUEEN, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [second infringement]. Jockey M Madhu Babu, the rider of ROYAL SHAAN, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race. It was reported after the Race that BEYOND THANKFUL (L Prashant) suffered from heat stroke. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey A Ashok Kumar, the rider of CARISA, was questioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu, as to the handling of his mount. While noting down his explanation, he was cautioned to be more judicious as to his riding in future and Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was cautioned as to the future running of his charges.

CROWN EMPEROR (Janardhan Paswan) planted, did not come out of the Gates and took no part in the Race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. R Mallikarjuna was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on Race Days on the race track. TRIPLE VICTORY (T S Jodha) jumped awkwardly 'inwards' thereby, inconveniencing ZAGATO (B Harish), at the start. Jockey S Sameer, the rider of ICE SPLENDOUR, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to BOLD NATURE (A Ashok Kumar) on his inside, approaching the 400 Metres. Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of DURER, reported that his mount was hanging 'in' throughout the Race. Trainer Mr. Z Darshah was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Further, on veterinary examination, it was found to have sustained large bruise under left hind fetlock. BIGHERO (Anil Baandal) sustained multiple cuts inside right hock. ICE SPLENDOUR (S Sameer) sustained bleeding cut injury inside right hock. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f DIVINE LOVE.

The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
