Jockey A R Pradeep, the rider of DELTA DELIGHT, reported that he lost his whip in the last 50 Metres of the Race. BRIGADE'S PARADISE (Shivnath Paswan) ran detached from the field after rounding the final bend and in the straight. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m HAPPINESS.

Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of YOUNG GALLANT, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and crowding the horses, viz., GOLDEN SLIPPER (Arshad Alam) and WINGED KING (Shivnath Paswan), on his inside, before passing the Red Marker Post. Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of ALABAMA, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing BOLD NATURE (P Kiran Rai), on his outside, soon after the start. Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of AANCHAL BEAUTY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement]. GOLDEN SLIPPER (Arshad Alam) sustained small cut on left hind coronet. COUNTRY'S NOBILITY (A Ramu) sustained small cuts on left fore inside fetlock and left hind pastern. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m MAJESTIC QUEEN.

Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for accepting his charge, ROMANTIC KING (Nitin Singh), to run in the above Race without showing it in a Mock Race when he had been specifically informed to do so. Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn. CHANDINI (B Mahesh) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey Syed Asgar, the rider of ROBINHOOD PANDEY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not sufficiently persevering with his mount during the Race. It was reported after the Race that BEAUTIFUL LIFE (P Kiran Rai) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the Race that the left hind shoe of DANCE WITH ME (Noorulla) had apparently come off during the Race. DANCE WITH ME (Noorulla) sustained small cut on left hind outer cannon. CASTLEBAR (D Gnaneshwar) sustained cut injury inside right fore forearm.

SPANIARD (Arshad Alam) planted, refused to come out of the Starting Gate and did not take part in the Race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on Race Days on the race track. Jockey Melvyn Maseyk, the rider of MR CARPE, reported that his mount was hanging 'out', rounding the bend and drifted towards the outer portion of the race track thereafter. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to take appropriate corrective measures and not to accept it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey Keanen G Steyn, the rider of DUMA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to CASTLE KING (J H Christopher) on his inside, passing the 300 Metres. Jockey A Ramu, the rider of BOLD POLICE, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b f DUMA.

Jockey B Mahesh, the rider of SECRET MISSILE, reported that his saddle started shifting back after passing the 300 Metres and it completely went back, whereby, he could not ride out his mount; An enquiry is being held into this incident. It was reported after the Race that SAND DUNE (R Vaibhav) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the Race that LAD KING (Arshad Alam) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. The Stipendiary Stewards questioned Trainer Mr. C Girinath and Jockey A R Pradeep pertaining to the running and riding of ABSOLUTE BRAVE in the above Race. The Trainer stated that (a) he instructed the rider to take a good jump, keep his mount in mid bunch and after entering the straight, pull his mount on the outside and ride out; (b) the rider, during the early part of the Race, fell back and after entering the straight, shifted out and rode out fully; (c) but, the only thing was that in the early part, the rider had not kept his mount in a good position. Jockey A R Pradeep, when questioned, stated that (a) he wanted to obtain a good position during the early part of the Race as instructed, but as the frontrunner RISING RANI (A Vishwanath) went ahead of him and slowed down the pace, he had to drop back and (b) after entering the straight, he shifted 'out', rode out well and finished Third. While nothing their explanations, Jockey A R Pradeep was informed that he was being given the benefit of a very grave doubt at this instance and repetition of similar manner of handling of his mounts in future would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.

SOMETHINGDIFFERENT ran detached from the field rounding the final bend and in the straight. Trainer Mr. T Natraj was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
