Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for accepting his charge, BELLE ETOILE, to run in the above Race without showing it in a Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day when he had been specifically informed to do so. Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar to substitute Jockey A Vishwanath to ride SPEEDY AMIGO in place of Jockey A R Pradeep, the declared rider. As Jockey A Ramu, the declared rider of AERIAL ACROBAT, could not arrive in time to fulfil his riding engagements for reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B K Narendra to substitute Jockey Ajeet Kumar to ride AERIAL ACROBAT in place of the declared rider. SIVANTA (B Harish) jumped awkwardly 'inwards', soon after the start. Jockey B Harish, the rider of SIVANTA, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported, except for the old small ulcer in the mouth of the horse. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

TERI ADAH (Janardhan Paswan) sat down in the Gates and was observed to be trotting lame on left hind. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders. Trainer Mr. B K Narendra was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. ABBAS DREAMS (P Kiran Rai) jumped 'out' awkwardly, at the start. Jockey Shobhan Babu, the rider of GETAFIX, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently in the last 100 Metres of the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that it had burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the Race that the left fore shoe of GETAFIX (Shobhan Babu) had apparently come off during the Race. It was reported after the Race that BORN FOR PASSION (Syed Asgar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m MAHIKI.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore to withdraw ALL FOR CASH on compassionate grounds. Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of NO BOUNDARIES, reported that his saddle shifted over the withers, passing the 1100 Metres, whereby he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter. After due enquiry, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling. Jockey B Harish, the rider of GUNPOWDER, was reprimanded for the inept handling of his mount during the Race. He was further informed in the presence of Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu that he should make every effort to improve his riding in future. NO BOUNDARIES (S R Santosh Kumar) sustained clipped injury on right hind tendon. LAD LADY (Arshad Alam) sustained injuries on left hind outer bulb and right hind coronet. GLORIOUS LIGHT (Keanen G Steyn) sustained bleeding injury on left hind interior fetlock. PEPPER KING (A Ramu) sustained gum injury.

Jockey Melvyn Maseyk, the rider of COFFEE TIME, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to LAGOONA (Ajeet Kumar) on his inside, passing the 400 Metres. Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of FLIRTING KING, was questioned regarding the handling of his mount especially during the closing stages of the Race. He was informed that he was being given the benefit of a very grave doubt at this instance and was cautioned to be very careful in future. ZOE (B Mahesh) sustained small cuts on right nostril and lower jaw.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore to withdraw NO DOUBT on compassionate grounds. As Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the declared rider of THE SCIENTIST, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Fourth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi to substitute Jockey Mohd. Feroz to ride THE SCIENTIST in place of the declared rider. THE SCIENTIST (Mohd. Feroz) was extremely fractious at the Gates and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders. WINTER WIND (Shiva Kumar) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. IMPEDIMENTA (Ajeet Kumar) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey A Vishwanath, the rider of ESOTERICAL, was reprimanded for not keeping a straight course in the last 300 Metres of the Race. Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was questioned regarding the relatively improved performance of his charge, STARSTRUCK (Nitin Singh), the Winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.27 of the Mysore Winter Races 2014-15, i.e., The Pattadakal Plate (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, run on Fourth Day, Wednesday, 3rd December, 2014, when ridden by Jockey M Kumar, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated that (a) last run was its first run under him after taking over the horse; (b) when it ran first time in Race No.27, it was a seven furlongs' Race and also, an open class and the rider did not have a clear passage during the closing stages of the Race; (c) the rider as well had stated that six furlongs suits this horse better; (d) since there was a six furlongs' Race advertised today for horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over, therefore, he accepted to run this horse in this Race and it won the Race. While noting his explanations, he was cautioned to be more judicious in future. It was reported after the Race that WINTER WIND (Shiva Kumar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the Race that the right fore shoe of SALSA TOUCH (J Paswan) had apparently come off during the Race. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g STARSTRUCK.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to substitute Jockey B Harish to ride BRYANT PARK in place of Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the declared rider. BEN TEN (Shivnath Paswan) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of CAPRI, reported that approaching the 400 Metres, his mount suddenly veered 'in', wobbled and slipped from behind, as a result of which, he had to check his mount, stop riding and just complete the course. The horse was immediately impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that it was lame on left hind. Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of ROCKETEER, was reprimanded for the inept handling of his mount during the Race. He was further informed in the presence of Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore that he should make every effort to improve his riding in future. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu to withdraw GO MAN GO (P Kiran Rai) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on right hind due to hoof abscess. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to withdraw ROYAL PRODIGY (Shobhan Babu) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on left fore due to shoulder sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey B Harish, the rider of MOUNTAIN GLORY, reported that he accidentally dropped his whip, rounding the final bend. Jockey J Paswan, the rider of COUNTER POINT, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount, in the above Race. He was further cautioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. K Somashekar that a repetition of similar manner of riding will entail him being reported to the Stewards for severe disciplinary action. Trainer Mr. K Somashekar was cautioned as to the future running of his charges in races. Jockey Vijay Kumar, the rider of GRACE AND GLORY, was reprimanded for the inept handling of his mount during the Race. He was further informed in the presence of Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi that he should make every effort to improve his riding in future. It was reported after the Race that the right hind shoe of AS ALWAYS (A Vishwanath) had apparently come off during the Race. AS ALWAYS (A Vishwanath) sustained cut on right hind pastern. MOUNTAIN GLORY (B Harish) sustained multiple small cuts inside right hock. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f CHARMING NIGHT.
