Trainer Mr. Rakesh was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, SHRESTH (Arshad Alam). Subequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. Jockey N Rajesh, the rider of SILVER PRINCE, was reprimanded for the improper use of the whip on his mount during the Race. SKY JASMINE (P Kiran Rai) was observed to be running green in the straight. Jockey A Vishwanth, the rider of SUFFICIENT PROOF, reported that he accidentally dropped the whip, passing the 300 Metres. Jockey J Paswan, the rider of PERFECTIONIST, was reprimanded in the presence of Trainer Mr. Rakesh, for the inept handling of his mount during the Race. He was further informed that repetition of similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.

BLACKWIND (N Rajesh) fell in the Paddock and was observed to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders. Trainer Mr. T Natraj was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. JALDI (Melvyn Maseyk) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C Girinath was informed that he must not accept with it again unti its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey A Vishwanath on his mount, HEAVENLY DIVAS, in the above Race. It was reported after the Race that FELLOWSHIP (R Anand) sustained fracture of right orbit and bleeding from right nostril. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the Race that HEAVENLY DIVAS (A Vishwanath) sustained small cuts inside right hind fetlock.

BIGHERO (S R Santosh Kumar) took a fly jump at the start. Jockey S Chethan Kalay, the rider of GUNPOWDER, was reprimanded in the presence of Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu for not making sufficient effort to improve position in the early part of the Race. He was further cautioned that similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action. It was reported after the Race that CASH IS KING (A Imran Khan) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of BUCETHALIS, trained by Mr. P C Tejaswi and ridden by Jockey P Kiran Rai, in the above Race. BIGHERO (S R Santosh Kumar) sustained bleeding cut inside right hind hock. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g SPIRITUAL BLUE.

DIVINE FRIENDSHIP (Mohd. Feroz) accidentally brushed the false rails, passing the 1100 Metres. Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of SUPREME, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to QUEEN (Shiva Kumar) on his inside, approaching the 1000 Metres. Jockey A Vishwanath, the rider of DARING DYNAMITE, reported that his mount dived 'in', causing interference to CATHARSIS (Melvyn Maseyk) and, thereafter, to PROTECTOR OF PARIS (S R Santosh Kumar) on his inside, in the last 250 Metres of the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was observed to be lame on both fore. Trainer Mr. B K Narendra was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of PROTECTOR OF PARIS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to QUEEN (Shiva Kumar) on his inside in the last 100 Metres of the Race.

CATERINA (A R Pradeep) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C Girinath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. GOLDEN STEPS (M Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards at the start. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of THE ALCHEMIST, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' sharply before passing the Red Marker Post and causing interference to the horses on his inside, viz., BADSHAH (S R Santosh Kumar), SONATHEGOLDENGIRL (Ajeet Kumar) and PENALTY KICK (Mohammed Shoaib), soon after the start. Jockey M Kumar, the rider of GOLDEN STEPS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to SONATHEGOLDENGIRL (Ajeet Kumar) on his outside, passing the 300 Metres. Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of BADSHAH, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement]. SONATHEGOLDENGIRL (Ajeet Kumar) sustained injury inside right hind thigh. ARC ANGEL (R Vaibhav) sustained deep clipped injury on right fore bulb of heel. ZIZZI (N Rajesh) was very fractious at the Gates and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders. It was observed that TULIP (Mohd. Asif), had shifted 'in' very badly, after enterting the straight, thereby, causing interference to ORO PLATA (Irvan Singh) on its inside. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey Mohd Asif, the rider of TULIP was reprimanded in the presence of Trainer Mr. Rakesh for inept handling of his mount, in the above Race. He was further cautioned that similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g CONSTANTINE.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. T Natraj to withdraw AFTERNOON DELIGHT (A Ramu) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to have sustained injury and inflamation of left fore mid third tendon. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. MOON RAKER (Janardhan Paswan) was examined at the Gates and was observed to be trotting lame on right fore. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. SECOND LADY (A Vishwanath) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. B K Narendra was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey B Srinivas Rao, the rider of TOO COLD TO HOLD, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference horses on his outside, viz., TRIPLE VICTORY (Ajeet Kumar) and QUEENS COLOUR (M Kumar), passing the 400 Metres. SEA RUNNER (Irvan Singh), ran detached from the field after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
