Shoaib), which was running behind them, also had to be checked by its rider to avoid striking the frontrunner, in the above Race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last Race and examined Jockey S Mubarak. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey's Licence granted to Jockey S Mubarak from 3-12-2014 to 24-12-2014 (both days inclusive) for Careless Riding [Rule No.161(i)] on his mount, STRIDE TO SUCCESS in the above Race [permitted to ride work, informed of his right to appeal]. Jockey A Ramu, the rider of ZAMINDAR, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of FANTASY LIVING, trained by Mr. S Santosh Rao and ridden by Jockey Mohammed Shoaib. STRIDE TO SUCCESS (S Mubarak) sustained clipped injury on right fore mid tendon. JOTA (Keanen G Steyn) sustained cut injury on right hind pastern. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g NERON.

He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of CRRISP, reported that his mount was hanging 'in badly in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of MR CARPE, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' badly, rounding the bend and in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and it was reported that it had sharp molars. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [first infringement].

Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, FINAL COUNTDOWN (R Anand). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. Jockey Mohd. Feroz, the rider of DIVINE LOVE, was reprimanded in the presence of Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa for the inept handling of his mount in the above Race. He was also informed that he should make every effort to improve his riding in future failing which, he would be reported to the Stewards for appropriate action. It was reported after the Race that JOLIE (A Ramu) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore to substitute Jockey R Vaibhav to ride ROCKETEER in place of Jockey J H Christopher, the declared rider. BELLE ETOILE (A Ramu) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of FOR YOUR EYES ONLY, was fined Rs.2,000/- for travelling wide till rounding the final bend for no apparent reason. It was reported after the Race that RED BOLT (M Noornabi) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. B K Narendra was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. GAYLE'S STORM (R Vaibhav) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. Subsequently, Jockey R Vaibhav reported that his mount started drifting 'out', passing the 1200 Metres, and he had considerable difficulty in keeping his mount on an even course from thereon. In view of its continued erratic behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to get it checked by the Veterinarian, take appropriate remedial measures and also, not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. It was reported after the Race that ICE SKATER (M Prasad) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. BIGHERO (Noorulla) sustained cut injury inside right hock. TUSKER (J Paswan) suffered linear injury inside left fore cannon.
