As Jockey Anil Baandal, the declared rider of FLYINGHORSE, could not arrive to fulfill his riding engagements for the day due to reasons beyond his control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. K Somashekar to substitute Jockey A Ashok Kumar to ride FLYINGHORSE in place of the declared rider. FLYINGHORSE (A Ashok Kumar), after jump out, did not raise a fluent gallop, thereby, losing few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. K Somashekar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey A Velu, the rider of BLACK DRAGON, was reprimanded for travelling wide, rounding the final bend, for no apparent reason. Jockey C Harish, the rider of YOUNG GALLANT, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course, after entering the straight. HAUTE ECOLE (Indar Jeet Singh), sustained a cut injury inside right hind fetlock. Surprise sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g SMART MISTRAL.

GALWAY GIRL (S John) jumped awkwardly 'inwards' soon after the start. Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the rider of TOUCH OF ROMANCE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in', thereby, causing interference to ONE TO NOTE (D Patel) on his inside, soon after the start. Jockey R Anand, the rider of SECRET STRIKE, was reprimanded for not maintaining a proper course, rounding the final bend, thereby inconveniencing GOLDEN CRUISE (Shobhan Babu), on his inside. Jockey S John, the rider of GALWAY GIRL, reported that his mount was hanging out very badly, in the last 300 Metres of the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported by the Club's Veterinary Officer, except an old ulcer at left commissure. However, Trainer Mr. S S Attaollahi [deputizing for Trainer Mr. J S Dhariwal] was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey S John, the rider of GALWAY GIRL, reported that he accidentally dropped his whip, just before the Winning Post. Jockey S John, the rider of GALWAY GIRL, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement]. It was reported after the Race by the Club's Veterinary Officer that examination of the mouth of WINNING DESIRE (P Kiran Rai) revealed very sharp molars. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [first infringement].

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to withdraw STARSTRUCK from the above Race as it was observed to have suffered an injury on the left fore bulb of heel. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. KOHINOOR BLITZ (S John) jumped awkwardly outwards from the Gates, thereby losing few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was informed that he must not accept with it again until its ehaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. TRUST ME BOY (A Ramu) jumped awkwardly outwards and did not raise a fluent gallop, thereby losing many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey A Ramu, the rider of TRUST ME BOY, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to STRIVE AND SERVE (Saddam Hussain) on his inside, which, in turn, passed it onto BREEZO (Vijay Kumar), in the last 250 Metres of the Race. Jockey A Ramu, the rider of TRUST ME BOY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement]. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g ABSOLUTE BRAVE.

SWEET ANGEL (B Harish) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. J Babu Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of SEA RUNNER, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to BETTER THAN EVER (A Ramu) on his inside, approaching the 1100 Metres. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g ICEPICK WILLIE.

Jockey A Sandesh, the rider of WHISPERING GALLERY, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in and causing interference to SHIVALIK STAR ( S John) on his inside, which in turn passed it onto horses on its inside, viz., ISHPINGO (Y S Srinath) and TOPSPOT (AMYN MERCHANT), passing the 1100 Metres. It was reported after the Race that the right hind shoe of SECRET PUNCH (Arshad Alam), had apparently come off, during the Race. Compulsory Sample was taken for analysis from the following First Three Placed horses, viz., b f WHISPERING GALLERY I b g SHIVALIK STAR II b g ISHPINGO III

INDIAN ROYALTY (B Harish), jumped awkwardly outwards, thereby inconveniencing AUTUMN RUSH (Vivek) on its outside, soon after the start. Jockey Nassar Alam, the rider of SPEARTOOTH, reported that his mount was wobbling in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported by the Club's Veterinary officer. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of COOL APPRAOCH, to the Stewards for contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading 'USE OF WHIPS', in that, as a rider of COOL APPROACH, he excessively used the whip in the above Race [Third infringement]; his first infringement was on STARSTRUCK in Race No.26 and the second infringement was on STARSTRUCK in Race No.76 of the Mysore Races 2014. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last Race and examined Jockey Afsar Khan. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey's License granted to Jockey Afsar Khan from 11/10/2014 to 19/10/2014 [both days inclusive], for contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading, 'USE OF WHIPS', on his mount, COOL APPROACH in the above Race [third infringement] [permitted to ride work]. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b g BEYOND THANKFUL. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g SUMMER SUN.

It was reported after the Race that FINK (Y S Srinath) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Compulsory Sample was taken for analysis from the following First Three Placed horses, viz., dk b c WAR COMMAND I b c ZUCCHERO II dk b c FINK III

As Jockey Vijay Kumar, the declared rider of LAKE OF MAGIC, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Fourth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu to substitute Jockey Melvyn Maseyk to ride LAKE OF MAGIC in place of the declared rider. LAKE OF MAGIC (Melvyn Maseyk), drawn 6, was very fractious inside the Gates, refused to stay inside the stall and fell over, whereby SAMAJDAAR (A Vishwanath), drawn 5 next to the stall was injured. Under the circumstances, both LAKE OF MAGIC (Melvyn Maseyk) and SAMAJDAAR (AVishwanath) were permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders. THE ALCHEMIST (P Trevor) jumped awkwardly inwards, inconveniencing TRIPLE VICTORY (T S Jodha) on its inside, soon after the start. It was reported after the Race that ALPINE SHINE (Shivnath Paswan) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the Race that LAKE OF MAGIC (Melvyn Maseyk) pulled up lame on right hind. Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the Race that SAMAJDAAR (A Vishwanath) sustained bruises on left thigh region. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g ROCKETEER.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. K Somashekar to substitute Jockey A Ashok Kumar to ride SNOW ANGEL in place of Jockey Anil Baandal, the declared rider. Jockey A Vishwanath, the rider of COFFEE TIME, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to PAMUSHANA (P Trevor), on his inside, within 100 Metres of the start. LITTLE ATHENA (Mohammed Shoaib), accidentally brushed the Rails approaching the 700 Metres, as a result of which, the right stirrup broke and the rider had to remove his left leg from the stirrup to balance himself and as such he could not offer proper assistance to his mount, thereafter. Jockey A Vishwanath, the rider of COFFEE TIME, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming in and causing interference to COUNTRY'S NOBILITY (Afsar Khan) on his inside, passing the 500 Metres. HERCULEAN (Ajeet Kumar), broke down passing the 400 Metres. On examination, it was reported that it had sustained fracture of hip bone. Under the circumstances, it was euthanized.
