Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. F Sirajuddin to withdraw WINDYANNA on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on left fore due to sprained knee. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. COLOUROFTHEWINNERS (A Ramu) planted and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey L Prashant, the rider of PIPESOF PEACE was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to SHINING BAY (K Chethana), on his outside, before passing the Red Marker Post. Jockey A Ramu, the rider of COLOUROFTHEWINNERS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for repeatedly changing course in the straight. Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of BALANCE OF NATURE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for the improper use of the whip, whereby he could not exercise sufficient control over his mount and allowing it to drift out, in the last 300 Metres of the Race. Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of HAPPINESS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for improper use of the whip.

NOBLE PRINCESS (M Pasad) walked out of the Gates and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer R V Manohar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. SWEET TODDY (Melvyn Maseyk) jumped awkardly outwards, causing inconvenience to BELLA PINKY (G Adarsh). In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of FAUSTINA, trained by Mr. G Sandhu and ridden by Jockey S K Paswan, in the above Race.

MOTHER EWA (Dharmendar) dislodged the rider on the way to the Starting Gate and ran rider-less. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders. OBELINNA PRINCESS (S John) jumped awkwardly inwards, thereby inconveniencing ALWAYS LOVE (A Vishwanath), on its inside. MYSTIC MUSIC (Y S Srinath) veered out violently with one crack of the whip, causing inconvenience to GUTS AND GLORY (Shobhan Babu) on its outside, soon after entering the straight. It was reported after the Race that CINCH (V R Jagdeesh) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Nithyanand G was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g THE ARTIST. Due to sudden and very heavy downpour after the 3rd Race, resulting in the unsatisfactory underfoot conditions, after due inspection of the Track, the Stewards of the Mysore Race Club Limited decided to CANCEL the remainder of the Races, i.e., from the 5th Race to 9th Race of the day.
