Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, SHIVALIK GANGA (L Prashant). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. Jockey Shobhan Babu, the declared rider of COUNTRY'S BEAUTY, was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to make the declared weight. Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to substitute Jockey Vivek to ride COUNTRY'S BEAUTY in place of the declared rider. DANCING SYMPHONY (M Prabhakaran), after jumping out of the Starting Gates, swerved to the left, went onto the Sand Track and ran detached from the field thereafter. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S Dominic [deputizing for Trainer Mr. S Britto] was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. EMPRESS OF ETHOPIA (M Rajesh Kumar) was observed to be hanging 'out' after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. SHIVALIK GANGA (L Prashant) sustained superficial injury inside left hind fetlock.

MASKED MARVEL (A R Pradeep) was permitted to be withdrawn as the horse refused to enter the horse float at Bangalore for travel to Mysore. Trainer Mr. T Natraj was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, AYMAN (J H Christopher). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. TIGER EYES (Afsar Khan) jumped awkwardly outwards, thereby, inconveniencing CHEDDAR FACE (S Shiva Kumar), soon after the start. REWARDING DESIRE (Ryan Marshall) suddenly shied away, passing the 1400 Metres, thereby, inconveniencing CZAR RULE (T S Jodha), on its outside. Jockey T S Jodha, the rider of CZAR RULE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to TIGER EYES (Afsar Khan), on his inside, which, in turn, passed it onto CHEDDAR FACE (S Shiva Kumar), on its inside, passing the 1300 Metres. CHEDDAR FACE (S Shiva Kumar) suddenly swerved very sharply to the left, passing the 400 Metres, whereby the rider got unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount; as a result of which, LIGHTENING THUNDER (Shiva Kumar), which was moving alongside, had to be checked by its rider. It was reported after the Race that LIGHTENING THUNDER (Shiva Kumar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SMOKEHEAD (B Harish) planted and then walked out of the Gates and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P S Tejaswi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of CHANDINI, was reprimanded for not keeping a straight course between the 400 and 250 Metres of the Race. Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of QUEENS COLOUR, was reprimanded for not keeping a straight course between the 300 and 100 Metres of the Race. Jockey Md. Sameer, the rider of SEA RUNNER, was fined Rs.2,000/- for riding an indifferent Race and for completely easing his mount in the last 200 Metres of the Race. It was reported after the Race that PAMUSHANA (Y S Srinath) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g PEPPER KING.

BORN TO RACE (Keanen G Steyn) was permitted to be withdrawn. MISS INTERNATIONAL (A Vishwanath) bolted, dislodged and rider on the way to the Starting Gates and ran rider-less. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter's Orders. BUCETHALIS (M Rajesh Kumar) turned its head towards the next Stall, when the start was effected and lost considerable ground at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. BUCETHALIS (M Rajesh Kumar) sustained cuts over right hind pastern.

IM DIFFERENT (T S Jodha) walked out of the Gates and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of ALCAZABA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to INQUISITION (Ryan Marshall) on his inside, passing the 250 Metres. ETHOPHIAN (P Kiran Rai) sustained clipped injury on right hind hock. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b c CZAR OF ROMANCE.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to declare Jockey Nassar Alam to ride FLIRTING KING in the above Race. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Bobby to declare Jockey Ajeet Kumar to ride NATURAL NINE in the above Race. ROYAL ADMIRAL (P Kiran Rai) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey M Kumar, the rider of SMALL CRUISE, reported that he lost his whip in the last 100 Metres of the Race. An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey B Harish on his mount, BURDEN OF LADY, in the above Race. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b f BLUE ZONE. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m SECOND LADY.

FOXTROT (L Prashant) jumped awkwardly inwards, from the gates Jockey P Trevor, the rider of ASSIDUOUS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement]. Jockey J Paswan, the rider of SPEEDY AMIGO, was fined Rs.2,000/-, for not making sufficient effort on his mount from the start, till about the 400 metres of the Race. He was further informed in the presence of Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar, that a repetition of similar manner of riding will entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
