Jockey R Ravi, the rider of GUAPO, was reprimanded for not keeping a straight course soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Jockey Mohd. Asif, the rider of BEAUTIFUL BOUNTY, was reprimanded for travelling wide, rounding the final bend, for no apparent reason. Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of GOLDEN STEPS, reported that he lost his whip, passing the 400 Metres. Jockey R Ravi, the rider of GUAPO, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of GOLDEN STEPS, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the Race. Jockey K Anil, the rider of NATURAL NINE, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [second infringement].

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of HAUTE ECOLE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to BEST MOVE (Ajeet Kumar) on his inside, passing the 250 Metres. Jockey A Vishwanath, the rider of MISS INTERNATIONAL, was fined Rs.2,000/- for exulting before passing the Winning Post. Jockey Anil Bandaal, the rider of PERFECT SPEED, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [second infringement]. PRECEPT (N Tauseef Ahmed) sustained superficial injury below left hock joint. PRINCE OF DARKNESS (M Prabhakaran) sustained small cut inside left hind fetlock.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. K Somashekar to withdraw GROUND MARSHAL (B Mahesh) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be suffering from injury on right hind cannon and infected cellulitis. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, CLEVER TRICK (Shobhan Babu). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw BIGHERO (V Chandrakant) on veterianary grounds as it got hurt on the right hind inside hock in the saddling yard and was bleeding. DEFINING MOMENT (Keanen G Styen) walked out of the starting gates and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey Keanen G Styen, the rider of DEFINING MOMENT, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the Race. Jockey J Paswan, the rider of SALSA TOUCH, was fined a sum of Rs.3,000/- for the excessive and extravagant use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement]. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b h SALSA TOUCH.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to withdraw ALIZADEH on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be walking lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, LAKE PARADISE (Shiva Kumar). COMMANDING HEIGHTS (Mohd. Asif) jumped out of the Gates in an awkward manner, whereby the rider got unbalanced and was dislodged from his mount. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey M A Milan, the rider of DARING DYNAMITE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a proper course while rounding the final bend, thereby inconveniencing SHUBKAMNA (D K Ashish) on his outside. Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of CRRISP, reported that his mount was lugging 'in' very badly in the last 200 Metres of the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was observed. However, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepating with it again.

CHARMING NIGHT(Anil Baandal) reared up and flipped over, injuring the rider, at the Paddock and Jockey Anil Baandal was certified medically unfit to ride. Hence it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above race. WELCOME AGAIN (S R Santosh Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards, thereby inconveniencing BLACKWIND (A Ashhad Asbar) on its outside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of WELCOME AGAIN, was reprimanded for travelling wide after entering the straight for no apparent reason. Jockey N Ravinder Singh, the rider of TULIP, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not infusing adequate vigour in riding out his mount in the last 100 metres of the race. MY GIRL (Melvyn Maseyk) sustained gum injury. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch f CATCHY CHARGER.

As Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the declared rider of THRILLSEEKER, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to substitute Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs to ride THRILLSEEKER in place of the declared rider. AYMAN (Mudassar Nazar) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. T Natraj was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. SIVANTA (Shiva Kumar) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steawards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey M Suresh, the rider of DELTA DELIGHT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not keeping his mount on an even course in the straight. It was reported after the Race that SIVANTA (Shiva Kumar) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate before accepting with it again. An enquiry has been opened into the manner of riding of Jockey Mohd. Asif, the rider of ULTIMATE PRINCESS, in the above race. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b f SOCIETY MUSIC. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f KOLAVERI DI.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw CAPITANO (L Prashant) on veterinary grounds as it had sustained injuries to its face and neck. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. SOCRATES (D Gnaneshwar), planted, refused to come out of the Starting Gates and did not take part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two Mock Races on a Race Day on the race track. STARLIGHT MAGIC (S Mubarak) which was racing fiercely just behind GETAFIX (Shobhan Babu) and RISING RANI (Imran Chisty), had to be checked by its rider to avoid striking the front runner, approaching the 1000 metres. Jockey Keanen G Styen, the rider of BORN TO RACE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to GETAFIX (Shobhan Babu) on his inside approaching the 300 metres. Jockey Shobhan Babu, the rider of GETAFIX, was fined Rs.1,000/- for droppings hands in the final 100 metres of the race. ROBINHOODPANDEY (B Mahesh) sustained bruises on left chest wall behind girth. RISING RANI (Imran Chisty) sustained cut on left hind inside thigh.
