My horse shied away and I lost a certain race”. Further at the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, the Stewards ordered an enquiry into the riding of the race. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and examined the Jockeys Dashrath Singh, Sarvan Kumar and Ajeet Kumar. After deliberations, they decided to (a) overrule the objection filed by Jockey Dashrath Singh against Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the rider of CHANDINI placed First and (b) upheld the objection filed by Jockey Dashrath Singh against Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of FOR YOUR EYES ONLY, placed Second and revised the order of placings as under:
