As Jockey Y S Srinath, the declared rider of STYLISH CHARMER, voluntarily reported sick and did not fulfil his riding engagement in Hyderabad on Monday, 13th January, 2014, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Eshwer to substitute Jockey S John to ride STYLISH CHARMER in place of the declared rider. As Jockey I A Khan, the declared rider of RUSTY, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to substitute Jockey S Mubarak to ride RUSTY in place of the declared rider. Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of LITTLE ANGEL, was fined Rs.1,000/-for shifting 'out' and causing interference to MIMI'S CASH (Sarvan Kumar) on his outside, passing the 1000 Metres. Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of LITTLE ANGEL, reported that his mount was inclined to hang 'out' between the 800 Metres and 500 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey J Paswan, the rider of SEA RUNNER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to THEWORLDISMINE (M Madhu Babu), which, in turn, passed it onto HARINI (N Ramesh Kumar), before passing the Red Marker post. Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of EUPHORIA, reported that he could not get a clear run, in the last 100 Metres, due to a closely packed field. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of GRAND SUCCESS, trained by Mr. Bipin V Salvi and ridden by Jockey Md.Kareem. Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of ABSOLUTE PLEASURE, was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing YAKEEN (D Gnaneshwar) on his inside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Jockey M D Paswan, the rider of DARING DYNAMITE, was reprimanded for travelling wide between the 900 Metres till about rounding the final bend, for no apparent reason. Jockey M D Paswan, the rider of DARING DYNAMITE, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of RIO GRANDE, was fined Rs.1,000/-for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].

Jockey M A Roushan, the rider of LAKE OF MAGIC, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and bumping SANATANA (M Madhu Babu), on his outside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Jockey M A Roushan, the rider of LAKE OF MAGIC, reported that he accidentally lost his right stirrup, approaching the 1100 Metres, which he regained within a few strides. Jockey S Mubarak, the rider of ATOM BOMB, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to LAKE OF MAGIC (M A Roushan), which, in turn, passed it onto SANATANA (M Madhu Babu),on his outside, before passing the Red Marker post. Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of BREEZO, was fined Rs.1,000/-for shifting 'in' and causing interference to QUEENS COLOUR (M A Roushan) and ROYAL PRODIGY (Irvan Singh), which was travelling directly behind, also had to be checked by its rider, passing the 200 Metres. Jockey M.A. Milan, GUNPOWDER, reported that he could not get a clear run, in the last 150 Metres, due to a closely packed field. It was reported after the Race that FINAL COUNTDOWN (Md.Sameer) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, KOLAVERI DI (S John). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of EMERALD reported that he could not get a clear run, approaching the 700 Metres, due to a closely packed field.
