Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, QUEENS CRUISE (Vivek). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. WILL STILL (S Mallikarjun) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Trainer Mr. Z Darashah and Jockey Y S Srinath were questioned regarding the running and riding of BANDITO. The Trainer stated that (a) the horse lost all its chances due to its bad behaviour at the Gates; and (b) the rider came the shortest way after entering the straight and just about lost the Race. Jockey Y S Srinath, when questioned, stated that (a) the horse had behaved in a similar manner on the 29th of August, 2013, in its last outing, when he rode it in Race No.19 during the Mysore Races 2013, and today also, after the start, it was inclined to run 'out' and he had to gather, collect and bring it 'in'; (b) if the horse is whipped on the right, it goes towards left, and if whipped from the left, it goes 'in'; and (c) thus, the horse was always running in an unsettled manner. After reviewing the CCTV replay of the above Race and also, Race No.19 of the Mysore Races 2013, the explanations of the Trainer and the Jockey were noted. However, Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was informed to have his above charge thoroughly examined by his Veterinarian and take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again. It was reported after the Race that CARISMA (R Vaibhav) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f ACE PRINCESS.

SERRA DURA (Md. Kareem) bolted on the way to the Starting Gate, dislodged the rider, ran rider-less and was found to have sustained deep injuries on left stifle. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders. Jockey Shivnath Paswan, the rider of ROSE OF TEXAS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for travelling wide, rounding the final bend, for no apparent reason. ADONIS (S R Santosh Kumar) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. M Bobby was advised to ensure better performance of his charge in future. SILVER SCEPTRE (S Mallikarjun) sustained superficial multiple cuts on right hind inside cannon.

Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.3,000/- for using bandages on hind legs on his charge, BRIGADIER (S John) without obtaining prior permission. STONE WARRIOR (Ajeet Kumar) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey Arshad Alam the rider of BORN ELECTRIC, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. An enquiry is being held into the fall of Jockey A R Pradeep, the rider of JUMP IN THE RED in the above Race. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g SWEET TIMER.

AZTEC GOLD (Shivnath Paswan) planted, lost many lengths at the start and ran detached from the field. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of DEMANDING FORMAT, reported that he lost his whip, approaching the 350 Metres. Jockey M D Paswan, the rider of ASHKAN, reported that he accidentally brushed the false rails at 600 Metres, whereby his right stirrup broke and as such, he had to ride without the aid of the equipment and could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount thereafter. It was reported after the Race that RULE FOREVER (S R Santosh Kumar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the Race that BORN TO RACE (Ajeet Kumar) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao to withdraw SMOOTH SHINE (Nassar Alam) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be suffering from fever. Jockey M A Milan, the rider of ROYAL PRODIGY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement]. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was fined Rs.2,000/- for changing the girth and surcingle of his charge ARC ANGEL (Vijay Kumar) after the rider having weighed 'out' resulting in the Jockey weighing ‘in’ 900 Grams excess, in relation to Weighing ‘out’. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of UNCHALLENGED, trained by Mr. C D Monnappa and ridden by Jockey A Vishwanath in the above race.
