As Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the declared rider of QUEENS CRUISE, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to substitute Jockey Vivek to ride QUEENS CRUISE in place of the declared rider. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for having accepted his charge, BRILLANTE (Shivnath Paswan) in the above Race when it was under BTF Ban. Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race. As Jockey Vijay Kumar, the declared rider of BORN TO PERFORM, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Fourth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to substitute Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs to ride BORN TO PERFORM in place of the declared rider. Jockey Himanshu, the declared rider of PERSIAN, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not arriving in time to fulfil his riding engagement. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
