STARSTRUCK (H G Rathod) was extremely fractious on the way to the Starting Gates, dropped the rider, ran rider-less and the rider was injured and certified medically unfit to ride. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders. Jockey C Harish, the rider of PRECEPT, was fined Rs.2,000/- for travelling wide throughout the race for no apparent reason. After due enquiry, Trainer Mr. J Babu Rao was fined Rs.5,000/- for the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge, BRIGADE'S SUPREME (G Y Rajesh Babu), the winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 97 of the Mysore Races 2013, i.e., The Margrove Estate Trophy – Div. I (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, 4 years old and over, run on Friday, the 27th of September, 2013, when ridden by Jockey G Adarsh, it ran unplaced. He was further fined Rs.5,000/- for tendering misleading evidence during the enquiry held by the Stipendiary Stewards pertaining to the running and riding of his charge, BRIGADE'S SUPREME (G Y Rajesh Babu), in the above Race. An enquiry is being held into the running of MARK (J H Christopher) trained by Mr. B Puttanna in the above race. TOO COLD TO HOLD (J Paswan) sustained deep injury on left hind cannon. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m BRIGADE'S SUPREME.

Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of LITTLE ANGEL, reported that his mount suddenly veered out, passing the 800 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of PROSPERITY, reported that his mount was running green throughout the Race. PROSPERITY (Imran Chisty) sustained superficial cuts over left hind pastern. It was reported after the Race that RECORDMAKER (Shobhan Babu) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa [deputizing for Trainer Mr. K Pradeep Annaiah] was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch c ACCURACY.

MISCHIEF (Himanshu) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of MY LAW, trained by Mr. Warren Singh and ridden by Jockey Shobhan Babu in the above race. Jockey Himanshu, the rider of MISCHIEF, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. BIGHERO (M Madhu Babu) sustained cut injury on right hind inside hock. It was reported after the Race that the right hind shoe of ZERMATT (P S Chouhan) had apparently come off during the Race. ATTRACTIVE BAY (G Y Rajesh Babu) was found to have an ulcer in the mouth on left oral commissure.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to substitute Jockey M Madhu Babu to ride GROUND MARSHAL in place of Jockey H G Rathod, the declared rider. Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of ABBAS DREAMS, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing severe interference to SHUDDERING (Vijay Kumar) on his outside, which, in turn, passed it onto SAND DUNE (J H Christopher) on the far side passing the 400 Metres. MOUNTAIN GLORY (M A Milan) sustained injury on right hind hock. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch r SAND DUNE.

Jockey P S Chouhan, the rider of SOLITAIRE ROYALE, was fined Rs.5,000/- for completely easing his mount in the final stages of the Race in a close finish. He was further cautioned to desist from repeating this undesirable practice in future. Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of CIELO SIGNORE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for weighing 'in' one Kg. excess in relation to weighing 'out'. Jockey Md. Sameer, the rider of GAZAKI, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. Jockey R Bharath, the rider of BESSIE, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post.

Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, BRIGADE'S PRIDE (M Madhu Babu). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. Jockey S John, the rider of OSCAR SPARKLER, was reprimanded for not exercising sufficient control over his mount, thereby, brushing the false rails in the final 100 Metres of the Race. BRIGADE'S PRIDE (M Madhu Babu) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. GLITTERATO (M D Paswan) ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, in view of its continued poor performance, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to make every effort to improve its performance in future and should it continue to perform in a similar manner, a recommendation would be made to the Stewards not to accept the entry of this horse to run in Races under BTC Rules of Racing. PEPPER KING (Anjar Alam) sustained gum injury.

As Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the declared rider of CASH IS KING, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar to substitute Jockey M Madhu Babu to ride CASH IS KING in place of Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the declared rider. Jockey Shivnath Paswan, the rider of TUSKER, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race. Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of WYNN, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race.
