As Jockey B Nayak, the declared rider of SIGNIFIES, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan to substitute Jockey Nassar Alam to ride SIGNIFIES in place of Jockey B Nayak, the declared rider. As Jockey M Madhu Babu, the declared rider of MAGNIFIQUE, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to substitute Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs to ride MAGNIFIQUE in place of Jockey M Madhu Babu, the declared rider. STAR OF DESIRE (Arshad Alam) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced the horses on its outside, viz., BOLDPILOT (S K Paswan) and SHAHRAAN (Vinod Shinde), soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Jockey A Ashok Kumar, the rider of FORTUNATE ONE, was fined Rs.3,000/ - for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race (second infringement). Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was questioned regarding the poor performance of his charge GAMBIT (G Y Rajesh Babu) in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.51, The Penambur Plate – Div I – (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 00 to 25, 4 years old and over run on 12th September 2013 when ridden by Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed in ran third. While noting his explanations he was informed to maintain consistency in the running and the performance of his charges in future. BRIGADE'S PARADISE (Shivnath Paswan) sustained small injury on right fore inside fetlock.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Warren Singh to withdraw SPARK OF HARMONY (J H Christopher) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained multiple injuries with swelling of both hock joints. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Samar Singh to withdraw BLACK BEAUTY (Mudassar Nazar) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. T Natraj to substitute Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs to ride CHANTILLY JEWEL in place of Jockey M Madhu Babu, the declared rider. CARAWAY (M Noornabi) reared up as the gates opened, lost many lengths at the start, took no practical part in the Race and approaching the Winning Post, it fell down. On an immediate examination by the Club's Veterinary Officer, it was found to have sustained open compound fracture of left fore cannon. Hence, it was euthanized. Jockey B Sreekanth, the rider of BEAUTIFUL LIFE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].

Jockey Shivnath Paswan, the rider of BREEZO, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race. Jockey B L Paswan, the rider of ACE PRINCESS, reported that he lost his whip, passing the 400 Metres. It was reported after the Race that CARISMA (Irvan Singh) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. ACE PRINCESS (B L Paswan) sustained large bruise over right thigh.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad to withdraw KINGPIN (J H Christopher) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be walking lame on left fore due to severe inflammation of fetlock joint. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of MOUNTAIN TRAIN, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course between the 1000 Metres till about the 600 Metres. Jockey Babu Singh, the rider of HONOURABLE EMPRESS, reported that the saddle shifted back considerably after entering the straight. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling. Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of SPINNING CHAKRAM, was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing GLORIOUS MOMENTS (F F Da Silva), on his inside, passing the 300 Metres. Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of BALAS DREAM, reported that his mount was trying to run 'out' during the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer B Prithviraj was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey A R Pradeep, the rider of ARYAN KNIGHT, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race. SMART MISTRAL (M D Paswan) sustained bruise above left hock. CHRISTMAS CAKE (Vivek) sustained bruise over left hock.

ALTIRA (Anjar Alam) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey P S Chouhan, the rider of STELLAR AMBITION, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement]. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g STELLAR AMBITION.

Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of CZAR OF ROMANCE, was fined Rs.3,000/ - for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [second infringement]. Jockey S John, the rider of TURF STRIKER, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [second infringement]. Jockey F F Da Silva, the rider of SUPREME REGIME, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the improper use of the whip on his mount during the Race. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. SUPERB STYLE (Irvan Singh) sustained clipped injury on left fore medial bulb of heel. KNOWLEDGE (S John) sustained bruises on the back of left fore fetlock and cut over right fore coronet. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f OPEN PAGE.

As Jockey M Noornabi, the declared rider of RIGHT ON TIME, was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the Third Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S Dominic [deputizing for Trainer Mr. S Britto] to substitute Jockey Mudassar Nazar to ride RIGHT ON TIME in place of Jockey M Noornabi, the declared rider. BACK AMONG FRIENDS (A Vishwanath) ran detached from the field. Jockey H G Rathod, the rider of STYLE OF SIGNATURE, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [second infringement]. Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of BLUE STAR, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m RIGHT ON TIME.
