Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar [deputised by Trainer Ranjeet Shinde] was fined Rs.2,000/- for declaring Jockey J Paswan to ride ANOTHER VOICE without ascertaining the availability of the rider concerned who had already accepted to ride SPARK OF BLUE in the above race. Subsequently, he was permitted to declare Jockey Nassar Alam to ride ANOTHER VOICE in the above Race. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to declare Jockey J Paswan to ride SPARK OF BLUE in the above race. Jockey M Madhu Babu, the declared rider of SOUTHERN PEARL, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not drawing the declared weights at the scales. Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. T Natraj to substitute Jockey Shivnath Paswan to ride SOUTHERN PEARL in place of Jockey M Madhu Babu, the declared rider. BALANCE OF NATURE (P Kiran Rai) jumped awkwardly outwards and knuckled within a few strides, whereby, the rider got momentarily unbalanced. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi [deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr. K Pradeep Annaiah] to withdraw ANFIELD (A R Pradeep) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained bleeding injuries on poll, left elbow, left quarter and was bleeding from left nostril due to impact on poll. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Trainer Mr. S Ganapathy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch f BOUDICCA.

It was reported after the Race that MADDOX (Y S Srinath) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. BUCETHALIS (N Tauseef Ahmed) sustained cut on right stifle.

Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge, AMIABLE LADY (Shiva Kumar) [first infringement]. ALADDIN (S K Paswan) jumped awkwardly outwards, refused to raise a fluent gallop and ran detached from the field thereafter. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. ARGENTUM (Saddam Hussain) jumped awkwardly, stumbled and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of PRECEPT, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to THEWORLDISMINE (M A Milan) on his inside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Jockey J H Christopher, the rider of ARCHER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race (first infringement). It was reported after the Race that ALADDIN (S K Paswan) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey M A Milan, the rider of THEWORLDISMINE, placed Third by the Judge objected against Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of PRECEPT, placed First for “taking me out immediately after the jump and bumping me badly before the red marker, thereby, I lost all chances and had to recoup myself. I, thereby, lost a certain Race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.

Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for having accepted his charge, ALWAYS INSPIRING (M A Milan), to run in the above race, when it was under BTF Ban. Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. T Natraj to substitute Jockey P Trevor to ride CARISA in place of Jockey F F Da Silva, the declared rider. As Jockey K P G Appu, the declared rider of GUNPOWDER, could not arrive to fulfil his riding engagement for the day's Races. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu to substitute Jockey Vivek to ride GUNPOWDER in place of Jockey K P G Appu, the declared rider. Jockey P Trevor, the rider of CARISA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race (first infringement). Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of CRRISP, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race (second infringement). After due enquiry, trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was fined Rs.5,000/- for the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge HAPPINESS (J Paswan) which ran unplaced in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.20 i.e The M K Srinivas Memorial Trophy (About) 1400 Metres, horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over run on 29th August, 2013 when ridden by Jockey Arshad Alam it won the race. After due enquiry, trainer Mr. M Bobby was fined Rs.5,000/- for the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge CRISSP (Saddam Hussain) the winner of the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.20 i.e The M K Srinivas Memorial Trophy (About) 1400 Metres, horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over run on 29th August, 2013 when ridden by Jockey S R Santosh Kumar it ran unplaced. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g CRRISP. Surprise Sample was ordered to be taken from b f ARTIC ROSE, but, the same was abandoned at around 8.30 p.m., as the filly did not oblige.
