SWEET ANGEL (Arshad Alam) stumbled while jumping out of the Starting Gates. GIFT OF LOVE (J H Christopher) jumped awkwardly 'inwards' and inconvenienced PROST (F F Da Silva) on its inside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of BOUNTY HUNTER, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement]. LAKE OF MAGIC (Vijay Kumar) sustained clipped injury on left hind outer coronet GIFT OF LOVE (J H Christopher) sustained cut on right fore inside knee.

SALSA TOUCH (P Ramesh), after jumping out, swerved towards left, ran erratically and, passing the 1600 Metres, went onto the outer sand track and ran detached. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. B Prithviraj was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of THRILLSEEKER, to the Stewards for improper riding [Rule No.161(i)] of the BTC Rules of Racing. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last Race and examined Jockeys M Prabhakaran, Imran Chisty, the rider of MY LAKSHMI and also, Jockey Vinod Shinde the rider of EUPHORIA. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey's Licence granted to Jockey M Prabhakaran from 16-09-2013 to 27-09-2013 (both days inclusive) for improper riding on his mount, THRILLSEEKER [Rule No.161(i)] of the BTC Rules of Racing in the above Race [permitted to ride work].

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B Puttanna to withdraw JERSEY HEIGHTS (A Ashok Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained deep cut on right neck and multiple injuries on withers and upper lip in float while travelling from Bangalore to Mysore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. OSCAR SPARKLER (Sahanawaz) jumped awkwardly 'inwards' and inconvenienced ORIENTAL KING (Irvan Singh) on its inside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates, whereby the rider lost his left stirrup, which he regained within a few strides. Jockey S Rajesh, the rider of INFINITHOUGHTS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to BLACK BEAUTY (Arshad Alam) on his inside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gate. Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of CANNES, reported that his mount was trying to run 'out' from the 1000 Metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However trainer Mr. Satish Narredu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. BOLD NATURE (P Ramesh) sustained bruise over left hind hock. DELILAH (Babu Singh) sustained clipped injury on bulb of heel of left hind. SPARK OF ILLUSION (A R Pradeep) sustained superficial injuries on right fore inside cannon.

It was reported after the Race that LAKE EMERALD (Vijay Kumar) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. It was reported after the Race that SUNNY SEVEN (S R Santosh Kumar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey S Sunil, the rider of SICILY, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the Race. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f SPIRITUALITY.

He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of HAUTE ECOLE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and bumping MAGIC WAVE (G Adarsh), which, in turn, passed it onto FLIRTING KING (M Madhu Babu), on his outside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of HAUTE ECOLE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to MAGIC WAVE (G Adarsh), which in turn, passed it onto LITTLE ATHENA (S R Santosh Kumar), passing the 1100 Metres. Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of BLUE STAR, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. BIUTIFUL (Babu Singh) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. F Sirajuddin was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. GLITTERATO (J Paswan) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. RUSTY (S Sunil) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. T Natraj was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. THE GUARDIAN (Y S Srinath) sustained bruises over right chest behind the girth. KOHIMA GIRL (S Rajesh) sustained clipped injury of left hind bulb of heel. BLUE STAR (Imran Chisty) sustained cut over left hind pastern.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. V Lokanath to withdraw SUE NEVELL (Sahanawaz) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right hind due to injury on right hock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy to withdraw PRIVATE PARTY (Babu Singh) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained injuries on left fore knee and swelling. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S S Attaollahi to withdraw PRAZSKY (P S Chouhan) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have sustained injuries on both hind hock, left hind coronet and poll region. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B Prithviraj to withdraw BALAS DREAM (P Kiran Rai) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left hind due to an injury and infected cellulitis at cannon region. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. HITLER (Shivnath Paswan) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start and ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. SECRET TOUCH (Vivek) accidentally brushed the false rails, passing the 400 Metres. SECRET TOUCH (Vivek) could not get a clear run, passing the 350 Metres. Jockey J H Chistopher, the rider of MAGICAL FILLY, reported that his mount was running green throughout the Race. CRUISE CLEAR (Suraj Narredu) sustained small cut on left hind cannon.
