ROYAL ROMARIO (G Y Rajesh Babu) was examined at the Starting Gate by the Club's Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on left fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter's Orders. Trainer Mr. J Babu Rao was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of MISTER GREY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not sufficiently persevering with his mount during the race. Jockey J Paswan, the rider of SPARK OF BLUE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race (first infringement). Jockey Nassar Alam, the rider of GOLDEN STEPS, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race. Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of SPIRIT, reported that his mount was running green throughout the Race. SPIRIT (Y S Srinath) sustained bleeding cut injury on left fore inside cannon. MISTER GREY (M Prabhakaran) sustained injuries on right hind inside hock and cannon.

NAPOLEAN DYNAMITE (Nassar Alam) slightly stumbled while jumping out of the Starting Gates. ARTISAN (Shiva Kumar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of SMOKEHEAD, reported that he lost his whip in the final 100 Metres of the Race.

As Jockey S Mallikarjun, the declared rider of BEAUTIFUL FIN, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the First Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to substitute Jockey G Adarsh to ride BEAUTIFUL FIN in place of Jockey S Mallikarjun, the declared rider. Jockey S Sunil, the rider of SPEARTOOTH was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to LITTLE ANGEL (S R Santosh Kumar) on his outside which in turn passed it onto BEYOND THANKFUL (Md. Kareem) soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of SPINNING CHAKRAM, was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the Race. Jockey Md Kareem, the rider of BEYOND THANKFUL, was fined Rs.2,000/- for inept handling of his mount during the Race. He was further informed in the presence of trainer Mr. Bipin Salvi that a repetition of similar manner of riding will entail him being reported to the Stewards for severe disciplinary action. Trainer Mr. Bipin Salvi was fined Rs.5,000/- for the unsatisfactory running of his charge BEYOND THANKFUL in the above race. Jockey S Rajesh, the rider of STONE WARRIOR, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race. Jockey B L Paswan, the rider of AGLAIA, was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence pertaining to weighing 'in', in that, he weighed 'in' 1000 Grams in excess in relation to weighing 'out'. Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of SPINNING CHAKRAM, was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence pertaining to weighing 'in', in that, he weighed 'in' 1000 Grams in excess in relation to weighing 'out'. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of SPINNING CHAKRAM, to the Stewards for contravention of Rule No. 144(b) of the BTC Rules of Racing, in that, he failed to wear the body protector and weighed 'out'. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last Race on Friday, 23rd Gnaneshwar. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey's Licence granted to Jockey D Gnaneshwar from 02-09-2013 to 20-09-2013 (both days inclusive) for contravention of Rule No.144(b) of the BTC Rules of Racing for not wearing body protector and weighing 'out' [permitted to ride work].

Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, SPANIARD (Imran Chisty). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. SPANIARD (Imran Chisty) drifted ‘out’ under pressure after rounding the final bend, despite the best efforts of the rider to keep it on an even course. Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of MADDOX, was fined Rs.2,000/- for taking an unduly long lead till entering the straight whereby his mount slowed down after entering the straight. Jockey G Adarsh, the rider of DEEP BLUE SKY, was fined Rs.2,000/- for taking an unduly long lead till entering the straight whereby his mount slowed down after entering the straight. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from dk b g SPANIARD.

Jockey Vivek, the rider of RICH CELEBRATION, was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the Race. Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of WIND OF SOUL, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. S Narredu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. SUN DIVINE (Arshad Alam) sustained injury above left hock. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g SUN DIVINE.

CHANDINI (Sarvan Kumar) was extremely fractious reared up and flipped over at the Starting Gates, dislodged the rider and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao to substitute Jockey G Adarsh to ride BEAUTIFUL GREEN in place of Jockey S Mallikarjun, the declared rider. Jockey P Trevor, the rider of THE ALCHEMIST, reported that his mount was running green throughout the Race. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of MISCHIEF, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race (first infringement).
