Trainer Mr. T Natraj was fined a total sum of Rs.2,000/- for using Cross Nose Band on his charge, PERSIAN (N Tauseef Ahmed) without prior permission and for not using Dexter Ring Bit, for which prior permission had been obtained. Subsequently, Cross Nose Band was removed before the horse left the Paddock and due to non-availability of Dexter Ring Bit, the horse was permitted to run with normal bit. NAPOLEAN DYNAMITE (Bhanu Pratap Singh) reared up as the gates opened and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour,Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey N Ravinder Singh, the rider of INDIAN HERO, reported that the saddle shifted back, rounding the final bend. After due examination of the equipment,Trainer Mr.Rakesh was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling. Jockey Himanshu, the rider of SEQUANA, was reprimanded for dropping his hands before passing the winning post. Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of PERSIAN, reported that his horse was hanging 'in' after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. T Natraj was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. MOUNTAIN GLORY (Hashim Ali Khan) sustained bleeding injury on right hind inside hock. RICKETY ROCK (Janardhan Paswan) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced CARISA (D K Ashish), on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates. Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of RICKETY ROCK, reported that his saddle shifted back soon after jumping out of the starting gates. Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for having accepted his charge, ROCK ALL (A R Pradeep), to run in the above Race, when under BTF Ban. Subsequently, it was withdrawn from the above race. THE SENATOR (Shiva Kumar) brushed the false rails approaching the 800 Metres. Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of CRRISP, was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing THE SENATOR (Shiva Kumar), on his inside approaching the 700 Metres. Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of WORDS OF WISDOM, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to ENDURING SPEED (J Paswan), which in turn passed it onto ALLADIN (N Rajesh), on his outside, passing the 700 Metres. THE SENATOR (Shiva Kumar) sustained injury on right stifle. Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of CRRISP, was questioned regarding the handling of his mount in the presence of Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav. The Jockey stated that the horse was hanging in very badly and after entering the straight and more so in the last 200 Metres; and that he had great difficulty in keeping his mount on an even course and ride out his mount. He further stated that he even hit the horse with his hand to straighten it during the final stages of the race but could not control it. The Trainer when questioned stated that when he sought to know from the previous trainer about the habit of the horse he was informed that it had the habit of hanging in and that he had the horse examined and got its dental work done, but it still continued to hang in even in the above race. While noting their explanation, Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again. Jockey Ajeet Kumar was fined Rs.2,000/- for hitting his mount with his hand during the final stages of the race. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m BORN FOR BEAUTY.

Jockey Kuldeep Singh, the rider of MAVERICAL, reported that he lost his whip, approaching the 400 Metres. It was reported after the Race that QUEENS CRUISE (F F Da Silva) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Md. Akbar, the rider of REBECCA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not making effort to improve his position between the 1200 Metres till after rounding the final bend. Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of ROYAL SHAAN, was reprimanded for dropping his hands before passing the Winning Post. Jockey Shrikant Kamble, the rider of DEMANDING FORMAT, was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the Race. He was further informed in the presence of Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav that repetition of similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for severe disciplinary action. Jockey N Ravinder Singh, the rider of ASHKAN, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the Race. CASTLE KING (Sarvan Kumar) sustained clipped injury on right hind fetlock. Jockey A Vishwanath, the rider of TIME TO TIME, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to SPIRITUALITY (D Gnaneshwar), on his inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates. Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of SPIRITUALITY, reported that his saddle shifted back, passing the 400 Metres. After due examination of the equipment,Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling. Jockey M A Milan, the rider of AZURE FIRE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence pertaining to weighing 'in'. Jockey M D Paswan, the rider of BRAVE ASSAULT, was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence pertaining to weighing 'in'. TIME TO TIME (A Vishwanath) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. BIGHERO (N Tauseef Ahmed) sustained an injury on right hind inside hock. An objection was lodged by Jockey Vijay Kumar, the rider of SPARK OF BEAUTY, placed Second by the Judge, against Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of IMPEDIMENTA, placed First, for “bumping me near 400 Metres and coming 'in' my way sharply, thereby, I had to check my mount and make a re-run and that cost me the race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection. Subsequently the Stewards decided to forfeit the objection fee of Rs.2,500/- paid by Jockey Vijay Kumar for lodging a frivolous objection. GAMBIT (M Rajesh Kumar) after jumping out from the Starting Gate, stumbled and dislodged its rider. Jockey A Ramu, the rider of DIAMOND FLAME, reported that his saddle shifted back, passing the 400 Metres. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. T Natraj was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling. Jockey P Trevor, the rider of HISTORICA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to MOTHER EWA (Dilip Singh), on his inside passing the 100 Metres.
