In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S Britto was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. It was reported after the Race that YOUR MY LIFE (Naushad Alam) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. V Narayana Gowda was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey G Deepak Singh, the rider of RAJA’S PET, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the Race. Jockey Noornabi, the rider of RIGHT ON TIME, was fined Rs.5,000/- for the injudicious manner of handling his mount in that approaching the final bend he allowed his mount to travel fiercely behind TRIBAL QUEEN (Muddasar Nazar) whereby he had to severely check his mount and lost position. SWISS QUEEN (G Adarsh) was extremely fractious, reared up and sustained very deep cut on right fore cannon at the Starting Gate. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s Order. Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of HIGHLAND BOUNTY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for travelling wide between the 800 Metres till rounding the final bend for no apparent reason. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of DROP OF HONEY, was fined Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient efforts on his mount during the Race. He was further informed in the presence of Trainer Mr. Tharun Thimmaiah that a repetition of similar manner of riding will entail him being reported to the Stewards for severe disciplinary action. Jockey S Ramesh, the rider of AMIABLE LADY, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post. Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of AHIRA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race (first infringement). Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from ch g THE SPARTAN.

DAY TRADER (M Noornabi), after jumping out, swerved towards left, went onto the sand track, dislodged the rider and ran rider-less. Jockey A R Pradeep, the rider of SEVEN HEAVEN, reported that he could not get a clear run, passing the 1100 Metres, due to a closely packed field.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. F Sirajuddin to withdraw LA JAWAAB (M Noornabi) as it refused to enter the float for travelling from Bangalore to Mysore. Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of SUPREME, reported that he could not get a clear run soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates, due to the crowding of the field. LANKAN PEARL (S Mallikarjun) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced GUAPO (Afsar Khan) on its outside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of WELL KNOWN, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming ‘in’ and bumping TRUST ME BOY (N Tauseef Ahmed), on his inside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Jockey B Harish, the rider of APRIL BABE, was reprimanded for shifting ‘out’ and inconveniencing WELL KNOWN (D Gnaneshwar) on his outside, passing the 900 Metres. Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of SAMARA SUN, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming ‘in’ and causing interference to DANCE WITH ME (M Rajesh Kumar) on his inside, approaching the 800 Metres. Jockey B Harish, the rider of APRIL BABE, was reprimanded for travelling wide, rounding the final bend, for no apparent reason. Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of SAMARA SUN, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not exercising sufficient control over his mount thereby allowing it to drift out in the final 250 Metres of the race under the use of whip. SUPREME (P. Trevor) sustained cut injury on left fore inside cannon. ACTIVE GREY (Suraj Narredu) sustained cut injuries on right hind cannon.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. V Lokanath to withdraw ASTOUNDING GALLOP (M Noornabi) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to have sustained multiple injuries on both fore and right hind leg. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed, the rider of ONE TIME MAGIC, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not making sufficient effort to improve his position till about rounding the final bend. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to the Stewards for contravention of Rule No.114(b)(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing read with Calendar Notification under the heading “saddling of horses” in respect of his charge EFFECTUAL (Mudassar Nazar) in that the saddle shifted back within 100 Metres of the start and came completely to the left side of the quarters, whereby, the rider could not offer any assistance to his mount during the Race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and examined Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar. After deliberations, they decided to fine him a sum of Rs.10,000/- for contravention of Rule No.114(b)(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing read with Calendar Notification under the heading “saddling of horses” in respect of his charge EFFECTUAL (Mudassar Nazar), in the above Race.

SMOKEHEAD (P S Chouhan) was slowly away and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. R R Byramji was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of SALTOFTHEEARTH, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race (first infringement).
