Vaibhav), the winner of the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.112 of the Mysore Winter Races, The Vesuvius Plate-(About) 1200 Metres, Horses rated 25 and below, 5 years old and over run on 15th February 2012 when ridden by the same rider it finished Fifth.

As Jockey P.S. Chouhan, the declared rider of GUAPO, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Eshwer to substitute Jockey Dashrath Singh to ride GUAPO in place of the declared rider. As Jockey S. Guruprasad, the declared rider of YANGO, could not arrive in time to fulfil his riding engagement for the above Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to substitute Jockey Noorulla to ride YANGO in place of the declared rider. As Jockey S Rajesh, the declared rider of HATS OFF, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to substitute Jockey R Vaideeshwaran to ride HATS OFF in place of the declared rider GUAPO (Dashrath Singh) was slowly away, swerved towards the left and lost many lengths at the start. Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of HEAVENLY DIVAS, was reprimanded for inconveniencing SEE ILL FLY (M A Milan) on his inside, approaching the 1000 Metres. Jockey D K Ashish, the rider of REAL POTENTIAL, was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in sharply and cng interference to the horses on his inside, viz., HURRICANE JET (Afsar Khan), HEAVENLY DIVAS (Janardhan Paswan) and SEE ILL FLY (M A Milan) before passing the Red Marker post. It was reported after the Race that GOLD (A Ashhad Asbar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Clubs Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore to substitute Jockey D K Ashish to ride YANAMARIA in place of the declared rider. As Jockey R Ravi, the declared rider of PARTY TONITE was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Second Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. B K Narendra to substitute Jockey Noorulla to ride PARTY TONITE in place of the declared rider. STERLING SPEED (A Vishwanath) was extremely fractious in the Starting Gates. On examination by the Clubs Veterinary Officer, it was found to be lame on right hind. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starters Order. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Clubs Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of WINNING TALE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to SARATOGA (C Henrique) on his outside approaching the 300 Metres. Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of KAPATHOS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a straight course in the final stages of the Race. Jockey R Vaideeshwaran, the rider of RIVER GEM, reported that his whip got momentarily entangled in the reins in the final 200 Metres. Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of WINNING TALE, placed Fourth by the Judge objected against Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of KAPATHOS, placed First, for he came to me sharply at 150 Metres, took me all the way inside until the Winning Post and this cost me a certain place. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.

POKEMON MASTER (Afsar Khan) was permitted to be withdrawn Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Santosh Rao to withdraw CRACKERJACK on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore due to sprained shoulder. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Clubs Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey Md. Ajmal, the rider of VISUAL ELEMENT, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race. PEARL OF BANGALORE (Nassar Alam) sustained a cut over left fore hoof. It was reported after the Race that MAGNIFIQUE (Shiva Kumar) had apparently lost its right fore shoe during the Race.

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar to withdraw SPEEDY AMIGO on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from urticaria. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Clubs Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. As Jockey S Ramesh, the rider of PRECEPT, was certified medically unfit to ride and no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Santosh Rao to withdraw PRECEPT from the above race. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs to ride GREEN MIST in place of the declared rider. Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of FLASH FLARES, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to GAME FACE (D K Ashish), on his outside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of WYNN, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to REAL MAGIC (S John) and GAME FACE (D K Ashish) on his outside in the final 250 Metres of the Race. It was reported after the Race that WINNING DESIRE (Vinod Shinde) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Clubs Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Eshwer to substitute Jockey Dashrath Singh to ride DREAM OF GOLD in place of the declared rider. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs to ride MOM IN LAW in place of the declared rider. Jockey R Vaideeshwaran, the rider of LAKE EMERALD, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not maintaining a straight course in the final stages of the Race. Jockey Afsar, the rider of ALL FOR CASH, placed Third by the Judge objected against Jockey R Vaideeshwaran, the rider of LAKE EMERALD, placed First, for coming in sharply and crossing my path, thereby, I was unbalanced and lost the Race. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Eshwer to substitute Jockey Dashrath Singh to ride MIDNIGHT CRUZE in place of the declared rider. ALTIRA (D K Ashish) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced GOD IS GREAT (M Rajesh Kumar) and SPIRITUALITY (C. Henrique) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gate. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to substitute Jockey Noorulla to ride TORNADO FORCE in place of the declared rider. BEHRAM (S John) was examined at the Starting Gates by the Clubs Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on right fore. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starters Order. Trainer Mr. Z. Darashah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Clubs Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Jockey G Adarsh, the rider of HAGGLER, reported that he lost his right stirrup soon after the start, which, he regained within a few strides. Jockey R Vaideeshwaran, the rider of MAXIMUM CITY, reported that he lost his whip, approaching the final 50 Metres. FAUSTIAN (V.R. Jagadeesh) sustained gum injury and injury over right hind hock.

As Jockey Harish, the declared rider of CALDERA, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu to substitute Jockey Saddam Iqbal to ride CALDERA in place of the declared rider. Vaideeshwaran, the rider of HIGHLAND VISION, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of MR. MAGIC, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting out and causing interference to JUST GREAT (Ashhad Asbar) which in turn passed it on to HIGHLAND VISION (R. Vaideeshwaran) on the outside approaching the 250 Metres.
